Fry-Wagner relocated our household from Missouri to New Jersey. We were very happy with the company. They presented us with an accurate and very competitive cost estimate and their workers were professional and helpful at every phase of the move. Everybody we dealt with deserves the highest praise: sales person, moving coordinator, packers, truck driver, movers at both sites, and the third party providing crating for some furniture items. The company rep checked with us during the entire move. They were always on schedule and kept us informed about the time of pick-up and arrival. Our furniture and other items were delivered in a good order and without damage. We would wholeheartedly recommend Fry-Wagner as an excellent moving company.

Fry-Wagner did an excellent job moving us into our new home. The crew was on time and incredibly professional and took great care of our stuff and new home. They are very reasonably priced and easy to work with - wouldn't move with anyone else!

I must state that we have been dealing with Fry-Wagner since January 2013. In these 9+ years, Fry-Wagner handled, stored, and transported our belongings multiple times between St. Louis and Washington DC and their warehouse in Earth City. Throughout this process, we found your processes, their St. Louis staff, and their partner agents in Washington DC to be very professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Fry-Wagner staff deserves big kudos.

In these multiple shuffling of our belongings, we had only two damages for which we had to file a claim. Few weeks after filing the claim, we received a letter from Fry-Wagner, which seemed like in multiple pages, I assumed that their legal department was telling us why they could not approve our claim. But, instead, we found a check, a very fair and no-hassle resolution of the damage, and our claim to our pleasant surprise.

We are a very satisfied customer of Fry-Wagner, and recommend them highly for any cross-country moves of household belongings..

Fry-Wagner moved by belongings to storage to be retrieved in approximately four months. The movers protected my home and carefully wrapped all of my furniture for storage. They were courteous and worked hard the entire time they were there. In addition, a company representative made a personal visit and there were two calls from their office to verify satisfaction with the work being done. I have no hesitation to highly recommend them.

We recently retained Frye Wagner for a local move and we were extremely pleased. Having never hired a professional moving company, and we weren’t quite sure what type of expectations to have… these guys absolutely blew us away. The professionalism displayed not only by our Salesman Travis, but also the 6 man crew led by Greg was bar-none. The efficiency and extra care taken to protect our home and belongings assured us we made the right choice. We will definitely be requesting Travis and Greg for our next move!

This was my first move across country with a moving company and Fry-Wagner delivered from start to finish. Estimate was on the penny. Movers showed up on time and did a great job packing. Delivery was on time and efficient. Company is available by phone and ready to answer questions. With so many nightmare stories about movers online, I was apprehensive, but I highly recommend everyone we came in contact with at Fry-Wagner.

At the end of the day, I could not believe how smoothly my move went. The crew of Paul, Shane, and Thurston were friendly, efficient and very careful about my possessions and the surroundings.

When people asked about the stress of moving, I had to admit there was none, when Rob came to review the move and give me a quote, he also passed on tips from his 35 years of experience, Joanne in the office kept checking in with me during the move to make sure everything was going well, and the guys were great to work with.

I would highly recommend Fry-Wagner, it is the second move I made with them and both experiences were first class all the way.

This is the second time I have used Fry-Wagner and they are great. They sent a great group of guys out. They were very professional and worked as a team and loaded my house in a timely fashion. They just didn't stop. Hoping to get the same crew when we get to our new house! Everyone you deal with from the guy who bids the job to the girl in the office who calls and checks on you to the movers themselves are great to deal with!

Fry Wagner was AMAZING with our move from St. Louis to Kansas City. I was incredibly stressed out over getting some furniture and miscellaneous items to my son in KC, Scott at Fry Wagner totally eased my concern. He handled the move and then Gerald and Dominic were awesome handling the actual move. Joanne called to make sure everything would go off without a hitch and even offered a phone number to call on that Saturday if I had a concern. I would not hesitate to call Scott and the Fry Wagner team for any move. My move was small and it was very competitively priced and afforded me a stress free experience. Fry Wagner did an amazing job with our move. We did all the packing but they took care of moving everything to our new house. Nothing was damaged and they were obviously taking great care getting everything out making sure not to damage our stuff or our house. Great communication and having someone come out to our house to see what all we had and make sure we had a large enough truck and enough people to get it all done in one day way really helpful. I will definately use them again, maybe next time I will have them do the packing also.

This is my second move using Fry-Wagner...it was a great from beginning to end. The initial contact was very personable and captured everything that needed to get moved. He helped with ideas on packing and insuring that the move goes smoothly. The day the movers came they took care in protecting my floors/carpets at both the old and new house.....and blanket wrapped all of my furniture. It was a long day for us but....in reality I just had to direct what needed to go and where to put it in the new house. The movers were unbelievable in getting everything moved quickly. They even did it faster than the quote and saved us some money. If we moved again....we would defiantly use Fry-Wagner!!!!

Excellent job by United - Fry Wagner movers from initial contact through final delivery. Crews were professional, courteous, and quick to get it done. There was no damage to old or new home or to any items thanks to their careful wrapping and handling. The estimator and coordinator kept us filled in every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Fry-Wagner did a great job from beginning to end. Great communication on setting up the move, friendly helpful movers. Arrived right on time. No damage whatsoever. Handled everything carefully. Would definitely use again. Have had follow up checking for any problems but had none!

The crew that moved our family was great, they made a very stressful time go as smoothly as possible. All of the furniture was very well protected when they placed the items in the moving van and they protected both homes very well. I would definitely recommend Fry Wagner for any moving needs and would gladly use them again, hopefully not moving again though !

Can’t recall any of the other workers however Isaac (last name unknown) came in , introduced himself and immediately got to work . Our home was packed in less than half the time expected , furniture & belongs were moved to our new home , carefully unwrapped & placed in their designated areas . I would definitely recommend this company, especially this crew .

Rhonda in Customer Service was the best. She called to schedule the date and time and then called the day before to confirm the date and time. She also called after the move to verify everything went well.

Keith was the crew leader and he was outstanding. Him and crew protected by stairs and hallways before moving in my belonging. They were awesome - no complaints, no damage.

The movers came right on time, and were professional. Everything went great, and problems. This was my fourth move with Fry-Wagner, and I am very pleased with the professionalism of their organization. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs to move.
