Got an great deal on a set of 33s for my Z71 price actually ended up being cheaper than what I was originally quoted over the phone. I was there over an hour and a half but for the price I got it was well worth it. And with the free WiFi they offer the time waiting went by very quickly. I'm very happy that I went to this place and look forward to coming back. Staff is very friendly and helpful here. They know what there doing and did not try to upsell me. They actually care for the customer not the sell. Best place in Greensboro in my opinion for tire sales.

I was shopping in Greensboro and hit a pothole in my new car. My car was pulling so far to the left. I pulled up a good place for an alignment and Tire Discounters was the first place that came up. The staff was so friendly when I walked in. They were able to work me into their already busy schedule and my car is in perfect alignment.

Excellent service and great prices. I walked in the store and asked for four new tires and a front end alignment. In less than two hours, I had a great set of tires that were quite reasonably priced.

Someone called me after reading my review. The phone call came in a very timely manner. I am not able to get my pickup up fixed, because the employee did the majority of the work at the previous employee's place of employment. I did take my GMC up there for them to check out. They did replace the pads and shoes. They also checked the air pressure in my tires. I am very appreciative of Taylor Tire for the prompt phone call and trying to repair my car. They also said for me to bring my Thunderbird up there so they can see why it's so hard to steer and make that noise like it's out of power steering fluid. As of now, I will be changing my grade due to Taylor Tire's standing by their work.

This is the best mechanic shop in town hands down. The help that was given will never be forgotten. These are real people who work here and real is hard to find these days. Thanks Taylor’s Tire for everything…

First time visiting this business after a friend's recommendation. David was very professional. In fact all of the folks at the front desk seem very customer focus - this is the Cone location so cannot speak for other locations. The lobby was filled. He made me aware that it would be a bit longer than normal which set expectations. I had an oil change and wheel alignment. The oil change was done pretty quick; the alignment was longer but again, seeing the lobby filled with customers told me they must be doing something good to have such a wide diversity of customers. The area was clean; the workers weren't just sitting around - they were moving cars in and out. I'll definitely take my car there again. One recommendation - make sue to put down paper so car carpet doesn't get smudged - looks like some do and some don't. Also, bathroom was very clean - a big plus too!

Was busy when I went in around lunch time on Friday but they were able to get me in for an inspection pretty quickly. Always friendly and fast.

Just had to go back today for tires. They were able to order the ones i wanted for me and get them on that afternoon! Great customer service as always!

Always good work done, had all tires replaced, alignment, and mobile one oil change done they also found a bad tire sensor and fix it as well rides extremely smooth now I would recommend to anyone

The service at Taylor’s has always been adequate for me! The serviceman are professional. Dan is helpful and will tell you like it is as it relates to the health of your car.

I had a nail in the tread of my tire. I found it while out and there was a Discount Tire in the complex. Discount insisted it couldn't be repaired...

I wanted Taylor Tires opinion. Plus if I'm going to pay for a tire, I'd rather give my money to Taylor. I've been there 10 times and it's ways exceptional service.

So glad I did! They patched the tire and did my inspection in less than an hour.

I was in Greensboro visiting family and needed a tire after hitting a giant pothole. The shop was very busy and I can see why. The service was friendly and fast and the prices affordable. I don’t know much about cars and they didn’t try to upsell me to the most expensive option, which I really appreciate. Great people and a great experience! 10/10 recommend!
