Howdershell Park

Nice, small neighborhood park with walking path. Path is half mile one time around. Park has a pavillion with picnic tables, bathrooms, two playgrounds, and Ninja equipment. Plenty of parking. Parking lot is accessible from Howdershell Rd.

I really enjoyed the walking path. One half mile for one round.

Always a nice park to visit, nice trail to walk and lots of stuff for the kids to do too. My dog loves all the trees there are to sniff!

Hazelwood is putting a new updated playground in at Hodershell park. It looks great!

Full size American Ninja warrior course... not really for small children.

This park is legit. The “ninja warrior course” is has instables challenging enough for adults and others that are achievable for kids.

Great park! I've had my daughter's birthday party here twice and it's always been a good time, they have nice playground sets and a new ninja course (that I haven't tried yet) but others have seemed to enjoy it. Not much of a wow factor on beauty of the park. It's not really out in nature just a walking trail with some exercise equipment.

Love the parks and large manicured area. The bathrooms had no doors on the stalls but I suppose that's not why we visit parks. It doesn't affect my score anyway because I'm not personally bothered with it. But it IS worth mentioning for those whom would be bothered. Right next to a fire station and was surrounded by a cute little neighborhood. The people there were friendly. Will return with husband and oldest child soon!

A hidden gem!!! Great park for outdoor concerts and family fun!

Great place to take the family. The free outdoor Ninja Warrior park is awesome. It is definitely challenging. Make sure you wear gloves or your hands are going to be blistered. Did I mention it's free?

Awesome place great for the kids and adults I love it

One of my favorite parks in North County. Equipment is unique (Ninja Warrior course!) and new, the park is expansive, well kept and well lit. Love bringing the kiddos here!

2 playgrounds and a great size ninja course on the grounds. Lots of picnic tables and a huge pavilion.

Great place to take toddlers that just want to run. Nice smooth track to walk. Very quiet park with four baby swings!!! Two separate playgrounds one specifically for little ones.

Grandson goes their and gets some training in for football.

Amazing park. Hazelwood day was amazing.

There's always something cool happening here whether it be food truck night, or there's a festival or ninja course going on. I also enjoy walking my doggos on the trail that goes around the park (which is about half a mile) There is also a baseball field, tennis courts, a ninja warrior course, and a few playgrounds.

We had a great time listening to the Motown Review.

Outside workout or ninja themed along with play areas for kids and walkway.
