I love love the doctor. He is top notch, he truly cares& takes time to talk with patients. The wait times gotten very slow this year and the offices atmosphere is lacking any upgrades or fresh paint.

I always get courteous and excellent service. The doctor and staff are very thorough, kind and compassionate.

I use to be a patient of Dr AB — I was sad to have to change doctors because the man knows his stuff. I loved him but ….,I could not take the uncleanlinesses of the waiting area and bathroom. Also you make an appointment and still have to wait an hour or 2.

They have worse staff ever over crowded

Today is January-31-2022 I had my appointment with alpha primary care on randleman road in Greensboro NC over the phone last week and I'm sitting here being as understanding as I can be but I'm calling alpha primary care on Yancy ville street in Greensboro NC and I'm trying to schedule an appointment to come into the office not over the phone again I need to get some tests done but I cannot get them done over a phone call ! All I want is to make an appointment but alpha primary care on Yancy ville street in Greensboro NC is making it impossible to make my appointment by ignoring my phone call ! Wow I'm shocked and offended on how these people really are acting! I have a good mindf to find me another place where I can get the respect I deserve b!

There's not much of anything I would recommend about this office. Everything is outdated and appears dirty. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, and was still stuck waiting over 45 minutes past the scheduled time. Yes, I was stuck waiting over an hour for an appointment I scheduled weeks prior... while walk ins were seemingly taken before me. Absolutely absurd.... I unfortunately have absolutely nothing positive to say about this place other than the doctor was as nice as any other. I was also forced to schedule my next appointment, even after saying I did not want to. Avoid this place, go elsewhere!

This office was hideous in its treatment! I sat for 2 hours and then they told me i could not be seen Hours i was late with my appointment, it had to be turned into a walk in!....if they knew i was not going be scene the intelligent and custom service thing to do is say it when i cam e in not after i sat in the waiting area for two hours.
I am changing medical facilities to not include alfa medical clinics! if you value time and being treated with respect....stay away from alfa medical clinics especially yancyville street in greensboro nc
they treat you terrible!

If I could give zero stars I would. This entire office is incompetent. Need a callback? Forget it. The only time they call you is to discuss payment. You’re better off calling a witch doctor.

The office is always overly crowded with people bc the doctor is truly slow and no he doesn't spend much time in the exam room.. Ashley is the only office person who gives the patients respect. The office should be shut down

These ppl need to be shut down.. The fact that they're even able to practice medicine is a joke.. ZERO compassion for patients..
