She acted promptly and ceaselessly to remediate some last-minute challenges that the prior tenants had created, and worked day and night to ensure that my new residence was prim and proper in time for my move. I moved from NY to NC and Andie and Marilou made the move a little bit easier with sending me all the information about the rental property I moved into sight unseen. They really did an amazing job keeping me informed about what was happening and beneficial in locating the right house for me. When I got here they were on top of making sure everything was perfect with the house. One of the siding pieces came off during a storm before I got here and once I told them they had someone there the next day. I love my rental property.

Straightforward leases, easy application and move in processes during the height of the pandemic. My husband and I have been renting our house through Fit Reality for 8 months now. It was newly renovated in places and overall clean/well kept upon moving in. Only complaint is they wouldn’t fix the screens that have fallen off the outside of almost every window. We have had two minor maintenance issues that they responded to immediately. They even sent someone out to quote us for a garbage disposal. So far so good with Fit Realty!

Andie and her team are THE best of the best. Andie is warm and personable as well as truly competent and professional. She has lived in Denver for years and knows the area and market well. She goes the extra mile; for example, having a calm demeanor as she talks you off the ceiling when you're worried if the wall color you chose really does work and offering extra moving boxes if you need them. :)) She will tell you her honest opinion about what you need to do to sell your house - trust me and LISTEN TO HER. :) We had an offer on our house within hours of listing. HOURS. I highly recommend Andie and Fit Realty!
