I would personally like to recommend the Manager at My SmartStyle Salon - Cyndi Hester to anyone that is need of a future hairstyle or just a simple cut! There are not enough words to describe the level of customer service, professionalism, and courtesy I have not only experienced myself, but viewed her display to others while I was in the salon. She has not only taken care of me for many, many years, she also cuts my mothers as well as my son’s hair too. I am from Oxford, Ms and have driven for many years to Pontotoc because Cyndi is so awesome and now my family has moved to Corinth, MS and guess what… I still make that drive to see Cyndi! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I would not guess that I am the easiest customer to deal with over the years, because my schedule is always changing and I prefer to get a hair cut once a week. Cyndi has always and continues to make it easy for me, even by providing her weekly schedule and allowing me to change appointments as needed. I know she doesn’t have to but she ALWAYS goes the the extra mile! Give her a chance and she will do the same for you!

Was the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon. Walked in without an appointment and was instantly sat Riley gave the best customer service ever was very patient and gave a great time definitely came out laughing and smiling and the cut itself was amazing she definitely went above and beyond

Riley is the absolute best! She has been cutting my sons hair for a year now and today he finally sat in the chair by himself for the whole haircut because she has hyped him up to do so every time before. She is the only one who has ever been able to successfully cut my child’s hair. She is great with kids! Super attentive, great energy and a ton of patience with my son!

My experience was really good. I was actually 5 minutes late getting to my appointment but Riley was very patient and understanding. She was even patient as I tried to describe how I wanted my hair and I am very difficult in that regard. On top of all of that she was nice and again patient even though it was about 15 minutes to closing. I didn't feel rushed at all.

Cyndi is always able to work me in on a short notice, friendly, and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a trim, cut, or color. Everyone there is friendly and the cleanliness is a definite 5 stars as well. Go check her her out!!
