Great selection of knives and accessories in all price ranges. This is one of the nicer knife shops in the Piedmont Triad area. The William Henry collection is worth visiting the shop just to look at them.

Wow. Young woman has a great deal of knowledge about the product. It is a family business and it is obvious that she has been absorbing all the information passed on to her over her lifetime. Don't let the lawn mower business make you think you are at the wrong location. Go in the entrance and turn to your left. The girl was very patient and knowledgeable. It helps to have a place that you can go to to hold the product in your hand to see if it fits you.

I bought these for me and my daughter. The young lady serving me was very knowledgeable. I love this store,also love these knives. I have been back and the young lady actually remembered my name. She great she really knows her stuff. Thanks for the excellent service.

Great selection of high quality knives, friendly BTSouth employee welcomed me pretty quickly and got Olivia to assist me. I mostly came in to look as I'm building up a budget for a new knife and get a benchmade knife I own checked for authenticity. My review would not be any different if it were fake. Olivia was quick with the knowledge and admitted a couple things she didn't know. I definitely appreciate the honesty. I learned a ton. This place feels like a mix of old and new retail. Old school customer service with new school tech for you to check out. I was shown anything I wanted to see and felt like a VIP but not a single second did I feel pressure to buy a single thing. All knives inside The Knife Room are high quality
even the consignment. Prices are what you'd expect because most are brand new knives but the customer service adds more than enough reason to buy from them over other places. Benchmade should be proud to have this place as an authorized dealer.

This is a great hole in the wall. I am from Charlotte and stopped by 2-3 years while I was in Greensboro. I spoke with a very knowledgeable salesman (who seemed like the owner). I will definitely be back next time I am in the area.
I am jealous of you Greensboro folk - Charlotte has nothing close to this.

Their selection of high end cutlery is the best I’ve seen and I just went to Blade Show in Atlanta. I’ve never seen a larger collection of one of a kind and special edition blades in one place, I felt like I was visiting an art gallery. The service was impeccable and prices were surprisingly low. I would give six stars if I could.

Very benchmade heavy which is a bit of a shame as I'd like to see more variety. Thankfully the benchmade selection they had was one of the largest I've seen in a while. The lady at the counter was helpful and polite. overall a great experience

I'm a new knife collector and I was in heaven here. The prices for Benchmade knives are comparable to Amazon. Support a local business and shop here! Very friendly and helpful staff. They have some very nice knives! My knife purchase was a Benchmade Griptillian which fit perfectly into my budget for my first high end production knife. If you are a knife enthusiast or just love high quality, usable items check out this place.

For some reason this place doesn't show up on Benchmade's dealer locator, I'm glad I called anyway when it came up in my Google search. They have the biggest collection of Benchmade knives I've ever seen and we're super nice people. If you want something from deep in the Benchmade catalog but don't want to wait for it to be shipped to you from an online store this is the place to go.
