Not impressed with them as property managers. Over the course of 2 years with same tenants, they performed "walk through inspections" saying the house was fine. Upon listing the house for sale, we discovered toilets had leaked, wood had rotted, caulking and other ordinary maintenance items were needed - yet the house was reported to be "fine". When the tenants vacated the house, they refunded their entire security deposit BEFORE sending me (the landlord) the final walkthrough. They didn't enforce the carpet cleaning provision in the lease, leaving my house smelling like dog. Didn't report an issue with moisture in the crawlspace that caused the wood floors to cup. Overall, if you have a rental property and are an absentee owner, I would NOT recommend Team Schulz.
