John Rose: Allstate Insurance

I have been with John Rose - Allstate insurance agency for over 2 years. Everyone is always so friendly and I am always treated with respect. I appreciate that they always answer all my questions and work with me to get the best deal for car and home insurance. Definitely recommend!

I switched to Allstate several months to save money on premiums, which I did. About 2 months ago a water pipe broke upstairs and had to have repairs upstairs and downstairs. Allstate adjuster, Carly Hager, was wonderful to work with, always returning calls quickly and keeping me advised as to exactly what I needed to do and how it would be handled. The repairs were done much faster than I would have anticipated and I was reimbursed by Allstate immediately..I would definitely recommend Allstate. I hated to have to file a claim so quickly after going with them but I couldn't have had a better experience.

I really haven't had much personal contact as no problems have arisen. However, I do get notifications and advisories occasionally that prove to me they are genuinely interested in doing whatever they can to provide the best service available.

2.5 / 5. I found the rates were quite high regardless of the fact that I did not have any tickets or accidents. I called wanting to discuss the price, but I didn't feel listened to. Maybe things will change and there can be better benefits and care for the customer.

Only open three days a week no one was in the office

Was with Michael Patterson for years and always felt appreciated and not just a number. After calling to find out why my insurance went up 60%!!!! I was told " we don't know, sorry we were hit with a rate increase.". B.S. I WAS HIT WITH A RATE INCREASE! The increase that was approved was only 9% here in NC and mine went up 60%? I left and went with another company. Just wrong to increase prices on people just so the big wigs can keep padding their pockets!

No issues until I switched to another company to save money in these tough financial times. Switched at renewal and account was turned over to collections agency. Now three months into sending paperwork to this collection company and it has been reported to credit bureau.
