These guys are great 👍. I have been going to them for years and they provide good, timely service at a fair price. I recently put a nee battery in my jetski and it did nothing. I brought it in and instead of holding onto the ski and getting to it in 2 weeks, they did a quick analysis, replace a fuse and I was on my way in 15 minutes.

Very honest company. These guys took my ski in after I called multiple companies. They were the only ones willing to take it in. Solved my issue (major issue) in less than 2 weeks and saved me a lot of money. They are very responsive. Honesty is hard to find anymore. These guys are the real deal. The 1 1/2 Hr drive was well worth it.

I drive 75 miles from Winston-Salem to get my Sea-Doo Jet Boat serviced from these guys. They do terrific work at a honest price. I highly recommend Purr Powersports to my family and friends for anyone in need of boat repair or servicing. Thank you and we will see yall on the water.

Highly recommend Purr Powersports. I've been coming here for years to service my jetskis and the owners are always honest, fair and go out of their way to help their customers. They are the most thorough and knowledgeable of any repair shop I have used in the past and give an honest assessment, allowing the customer to weigh options and keep cost down. I'll never take my skis to another service provider.

I had great experience at Performance PowerSports. I called to check on boat availability and by the third business day I was driving the boat back to Charlotte. I did everything by phone and when I went to pick up the boat it was detailed and ready to go with everything that goes with it. Financing was easy too. Aaron and LJ provided awesome service, and the rest of the crew. Highly recommend this store.

Have a 20yo ski that hasn’t run in 7 years and these guys treated me right. After the dealer wanted $1700 in repairs the guys at Purr saved me $1300 by being honest as can be and performing work at a fair price. Highly recommend and will be going here for all my work moving forward.

I don't normally write reviews, but Purr Powersports is so good I have to make an exception. I'm fairly new to Charlotte and recently bought a Waverunner that flooded overnight and took water into the motor. The guys at Purr Powersports fit me into their busy schedule on short notice and were fair, honest, and transparent throughout the process. They found and fixed the leak, cleaned out the engine and got it running better than ever before all while doing their best to keep the cost down. I cannot stress enough how great these guys are....Stop searching and take your PWC to Purr!

This review is based on numerous interactions over the last 7 years with Chad and his team at Purr Power Sports. The guys have worked on my boat and jet ski and have handled issues from full motor replacements to changing out a steering cable. Pricing is always fair and service is top notch. They have always exceeded expectations on turnaround time as well.

We recently bought jet skis and Chad has been the only one to check them for us. We’ve used him twice now and we’re extremely pleased with the customer service. Chad will constantly keep us updated when we drop our jet skis off. We trust him and his team! Highly recommend them.

Best place to service your jet ski/jet boat! Chad is the reason I drive an hour each way to get my work done. honest, upfront reliable. He has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times. I had an issue on the water the other day and he helped me out after I got loaded up, ON HIS DAY OFF! There isnt any other place I'll ever go or would ever trust with my investment!

After a large shop elsewhere on the Lake said it would take “about a week” to look at my new to me ‘11 RXT 260 the guys at Purr said bring it over. Less than an hour they had diagnosed my electrical issue, fixed it, and cleared some old codes that the other place left in place. Well worth the drive from Cornelius for these guys.

I brought 2 jetski's in for a service for my father because he was out of town but we were dying to get back out on the water. I know very little about jetski repairs, however, Chad and Brandon were extremely informative and reassuring about what they were doing. Overall I got a great bang for my buck and awesome customer service with a timely manner! Highly recommended

When it comes to yearly jet ski service Chad and Brandon are top notch and great too work with. They are willing to answer the phone and answer every question I have. When it comes to being done right, reliability, and the best bang for the buck, Purr powersports is the only guys to work with! Just recently bought a 1996 Sea-Doo GTX. It needed some work done and after calling about 10 places in my area (kannapolis NC) no one wanted to work on it or they didn’t service PWC’s. Purr was referred to me and when I called they answered all the questions I had and told me to bring it up to them..I dropped it off with them today and Chad took the time to drop what he was doing working on another customers seadoo to come and test the compression on the motor and did a quick run through of the ski to assure me that motor was ATLEAST good it’s just not getting fuel..needless to say these guys were very professional and willing to jump right in and help me get back on the water quickly!! Thanks guys for yalls help can’t wait for your call telling me it’s ready to pick up!!

This is the only spot to go for your jetski needs. I’ve had 2 Kawasaki stand ups and 1 seadoo worked on at this shop and have been extremely pleased with the service. There is no job that these guys can’t handle. Chad and Brandon have great customer service too. They will even talk you through simple repairs if you are up to the task. No other shop needs to be on your radar...

I was given Matt's name by another mechanic who did not have the time to service my PWC. It took me 35 minutes to make the drive over to Denver. The trip was well worth the value I received. I asked Matt to find an intermittent problem with the starter. Matt was able to find the problem and charge a very fair price. Matt has earned the right to be my primary mechanic now.

Excellent customer service. Always puts the customer first. Chad explains all your options in correcting an issue. 5star operation. Fair pricing, expert knowledge on the jet skis, delivers what he promises which is rare these days.
