This is the kind of place where you go in and place your order and then they bring it to your table. Which is why I'm not rating the service as high as I might. Otherwise. People were friendly. And I was truly impressed with the bacon that they have. It was incredibly smoky and flavorful. I had one of the breakfast bowls. The coffee that I had was a little bit on the weak side. But I do prefer stronger coffee than most people.

This was hands down the freshest and most delicious meal I’ve had on the go.
Very friendly service as well
My only regret is that I left half the burrito on the table because I was excited to go outside and take a photo.

Wow so glad I picked this place. I didn't want the chain restaurant (IHOP, Huddle House, waffle house etc) and I started googling for breakfast cafe in the area before we headed back home from the mountain.. This place is a must visit. The staffs are friendly. You ordered 1st before seating, they will bring your food to your table. Menu selection wasn't overwhelming and the food was so delicious. The setting for the restaurant is nice and cozy. I can't wait to come and try their lunch menu. I highly recommend this place.

I couldn’t recommend this place more! What a fun ambience, inviting atmosphere, and super friendly and funny and helpful staff!
Their menu is incredible, and after enjoying our delicious breakfast, I wish I could stay here a week to try a new breakfast and lunch every day! Prices are reasonable for this day and age, especially for the quality and amount you get. They have so many options, including Açaí breakfast bowls of delicious fresh fruit (peanut butter addition is a fun twist!), locally sourced meat for the proteins, delicious and airy fresh baked bread & pastries, wonderful in-house coffee blends, local kombucha and a variety of fresh teas, and we didn’t even get to try their lunch menu, which looks insane! We truly couldn’t recommend this delightful café more, a reason alone to detour into Franklin. If you appreciate quality food and quality people, you will not regret it!

We had a fabulous lunch at 828. Very friendly, nice owner and wait staff. My husband had a turkey and bacon wrap— fresh turkey, lettuce, tomato and bacon. Delicious! I had a green salad with chicken—fresh greens and lightly breaded chicken. Excellent. We ate outside - very pleasant. Loved the place, will be regulars.

This place was absolutely amazing! From the fresh food to the friendly atmosphere, it was a treat for the whole family.

This place is a hidden gem! Breakfast was great. We had the Belgian waffle with eggs, sausage (highly recommended) and bacon. Everything was super fresh and clearly freshly prepared. Atmosphere is perfect and everything seemed very clean. We’ll be back soon (probably today for lunch!)

What a Franklin gem! Delicious food - I got the Vegan bowl which was so fresh and flavorful! Amazing chips, must be made fresh!?! I will be back anytime I am in town from now on!

Beautiful restaurant, good menu, and the food was great. Only down fall is that I didn’t make it in time for breakfast! Definitely plan to stop again next time I’m in the area.

Delicious! Clean, well decorated, friendly staff, and really good food. The Belgian waffle and croissant breakfast sandwiches were a hit. Their breakfast potatoes are crispy and well seasoned. Big fruit bowls! Wish we lived closer so we could come for lunch and try the carne asada burrito because that looked really good on the menu.

Very good food, service and location! Had the spicy chorizo omelet, was tasteful, perfect texture and fresh jalapeños!

Delicious breakfast options at good prices. The bowls were nicely sized, with lots of hearty ingredients. The special with gravy was very tasty, and I appreciated having both a lot of protein and a lot of veggies. Service was very fast and friendly.

This has to be by far one of THE BEST breakfast croissants I’ve ever had!!!! The croissant itself was fresh, fluffy, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The egg was clearly local, fresh cooked eggs…amazingly delicious! The bacon was cooked perfectly and so flavorful!! My husband got the chicken sandwich and had some delicious tenders on it! Just amazing!! The whole thing came together to perfection! The hand-cut fries were incredible as well! Staff super nice and helpful as well!

For this place to have anything other than a 5 start rating is insane the food was amazing with large portions, the food came out way faster than expected and the service was amazing I 10/10 recommend eating here this was my first time here but I most definitely will be back.

Ignore all the reviews complaining about prices they are clearly stated on the menu and only and in todays world everything is expensive but for the quality of the food I think the prices are more than fair

Excellent. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast there two days and got the breakfast bowls, they were full of great stuff.
Don't forget to put this restaurant on your list of places to eat while in Franklin.

Very cute little cafe with tasty food.

There's a load of murals and hand painted art throughout the cafe which brings a unique and inviting good vibe. Employees were all very friendly and the bathroom was clean and bright. They had cute little live flowers at all the tables which was an inviting touch.

Food options were nicely crafted and had a mexican flare which was fun and different from the cafes I'm used to. Chicken BLT smothered with the ranch sauce included and the hot sauces at the table was a flavorful mouth awakening. Coffee was ok, but that isnt the main thing I came for anyways.

If I'm in town again I will return.

Visiting from Florida. Had the farm fresh breakfast bowl. A wonderful dish with lots of flavor. The avacado puts the dish over the top. The bacon was cooked just right. And the coffee. The coffee they serve is unbelievably fantastic! Great diner!
