Very patient clientele.

I saw in the app, the Arm Ergonometer. It took me a little while to walk around and find a second one, but I was thrilled to find it.

Still learning how to adjust seat, tension, timer.

Had a "Fit Key" for those who know how to use that USB device.

Pretty clean, good atmosphere. The machines have Apple Watch support but I wasn’t able to get it working on the ones I tried. Not sure if it was the machines that weren’t working though

I like the welcome I get from staff when I come in. I love all the equipment. The whole facility is always clean including the bathrooms. Everyone is nice and respectful there. I always leave in a good mood.

I loved it at planet fitness walked in didn't know anything the staff was awesome I really need to call up there to speak with management just to leave a compliment and the atmosphere was so comfortable and layed back 1000 percent judgment free I was so comfortable working out there 🥰

The staff is always friendly when I arrive. The gym is very clean as well as the machine are clean as well. It's never crowded when I go there. No one bothers you at all. The staff is always will to answer any questions if you have any . Thanks PF for making my workout time pleasant!!

Asheboro is the best place cuz employee are hard workers,friendly, and specialy wendy very pls happy, love talk to people as well and Jonh trainer too.

I went to this Planet Fitness twice. For all of the people that say that they are not a bodybuilding gym...I personally disagree. You can still lift pretty heavy....just act accordingly. I had no issues and the staff was really cool. Thanks for the great work outs Planet Fitness.

I have enjoyed my visits to this location. Though I can admit I am not as consistent with my visits as PF is with the upkeep and general hospitality offered to its' members. It was very refreshing after the new year to come into a well kept facility with updated equipment. Thanks for all your excellence!

I have had such a positive experience with Planet Fitness. The staff has all been so friendly and helpful. I find the gym to be extremely clean and the equipment very well maintained. Plus, enough equipment that even during the busier times of the day, I am rarely waiting for anything. This is just what I need to stay motivated and on track with my fitness goals.

Awesome facility with great staff and group of people.

A quality gym experience for a very fair price, just be warned it can get crowded at peak hours if you're looking to hit the machines, especially the leg machines. You won't find very many options for free weight training, either, there's four smith machines and Dumbbells up to 60 lbs. But for me as a beginner to fitness, it covers 100% of my needs and the staff are very friendly.

Awesome staff who makes everyone feel like family and makes sure to say hello when you enter and have a good day when you leave. That's personal service at its finest to me. Very nice and clean facility and all of the members wipe down the machines after every use. I'd highly recommend this particular location and that's why I have been a member for the past 5 years.

I like pretty much everything about this gym. It cheaper than my last gym, they have friendly and professional staff, and great safety precautions. The app helps me workout correctly and safely. The app also shows me how busy the gym is so I can decide when I want to go. The app also always has the correct hours so I never have to call or wonder. The massage chairs are amazing. The locker rooms are spacious and clean. I also love the size of the lockers.

I previously submitted a less than stellar survey because of the amount of rap music being played which I find extremely annoying. My concerns were addressed in a professional manner and I believe I have seen an improvement in the variety of music being played. Not to the extent to which I would like to see it but improved. The only other thing I would just bring to your attention is the hot water frequently does not work at all or does not start to get warm until I am through showering.

The staff at this location is always friendly, helpful, kind, they are always there to help. It's always clean when I go. And I love the convenience.

First, I like this gym because of location. It's on my route home, as well as in the Golden Gate shopping plaza, where my bank, grocery store and pharmacy is located. All of my personal needs are met in this area, as well as my exercising activity. Now, let's go inside of PF. I love the purple color, that caught my eye right away. The gym was big and ohhhh, so so very clean. Loved the way all the machines are spaced out. The bathroom and entire facility is so clean. The staff are so professional and friendly., and I love the diversity of clientele. My experience at PF has been great so far. Jan Wilson- Glass

Always pleasant . Music has been turned down so it no longer competes with my own headset. Clean and friendly.
