Ice cream is one of my favorite desserts n I have tried many to say the least.

Cookies N Cream has out done them all. 😃

The flavors are true to the taste and the portions are just right.
So glad ☺ I traveled the distance to try this place😁

I got 1/2 coffee, and 1/2 salty caramel truffle, and it was phenomenal. Well definitely be going back.

Love this place! I think it’s very well priced for the amount of ice cream you get. Not sure how people could expect much cheaper (referencing the reviews I’m seeing on here). They bake the waffle cones fresh! It always smells so good in there! Plenty of gluten free options also a dairy free option!

Went there late evening for a refreshing cold treat to escape the heat. My family was greeted by a friendly young lady who was very eager to assist us. The store was very clean and welcoming. The ice cream was very rich and delicious and a fair price for what we ordered. I definitely will be going back again in the future.

Our family loves some Cookies N Creme Ice Cream shop. Whether it be for a bit some day, cool winter day or play time for school Christmas decorating party. They have it all for all year long and joys and smiles to kids and adults alike. What a great place to come to for it all!!! Thanks for being opened all year long as well.

Best ice cream on the North side of Charlotte. Hershey's flavors and delicious. The staff is also fantastic. I do think Hershey is trying to make the longest names possible for their ice creams. Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle is a tongue twister, but sits well on the tongue when eaten.

This place has THE BEST ice cream! My Fiance and I just moved to the area and this is now our ice cream shop. We go at least once a week. Just recently met the owner who is amazing! has the best customer service and she offered us their churros that were AMAZING! so now not only do we love their ice cream but their churros are amazing and they are made from scratch EVERY DAY! if you haven't gone here please go! support your local shops!

A really great place to get ice cream with the family. They also have some other desserts too in their dessert case. And they make fresh churros. They also have lots of flavors and non-dairy ice cream as well. There are many tables to sit.

I'm not a fan of ice cream but my hubby wanted to get a treat so we stopped in. I was thrilled to see they have hand made chocolate covered frozen bananas! What a fantastic alternative to ice cream! They dipped the banana in thick really good quality chocolate, and I had the very friendly young lady behind the counter coat it in rainbow sprinkles. It was very inexpensive but huge and so filling that I couldn't eat dinner!! The young lady who served us was so attentive and professional too, just a wonderful experience!

Very nice variety of ice cream flavors and served in different ways (scoops, sundaes, milkshakes, etc.). Definitely a nice refresher from the typical chain fast food ice cream such as Dairy Queen or McDonald's. This place used to have some cool board games you could play with friends while eating too, but unfortunately and understandably due to COVID they are limited. Great place for some ice cream in Denver!

Great atmosphere, sweet treats, and even sweeter employees! This place is busy but with happy vibes everytime I go in... that says a lot 🤷🏻‍♀. The milkshakes are incredible, and don’t forget the free scoop on top! They have a dairy free chocolate that I can’t get enough of... thanks Cookies and Cream for giving me some normal in this bizarre new world!

This was our first trip to Cookies N Creme. We were very happy with our first visit. The ice cream was delicious. My son got two scoops of vanilla and we paid 2 bucks extra to get his ice cream in a miniature baseball helmet that you can take home. I got one scoop chocolate moose tracks in a waffle cone. Our total was $7 in change. Really affordable for what we got I think. Especially considering we would have paid over $10, at least, for that day on the road at Kilwins in Birkdale. The ice cream is all Hershey's ice cream, which is delicious. The atmosphere is fine. They have games like Connect 4, trouble, Etc to play. They have a big dry erase board that kids can draw on. It looks like you could have a birthday party there if you wanted to. I have lots of other things other than ice cream, like sundaes, smoothies, frappes, coffee, snow cones, Etc. Will definitely be back again.

Delicious ice cream and plenty of varieties. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice, it feels we are at the beach. There are several table games and a lot of sugar around you with goodies.

I highly recommend this ice cream store. Give it a visit, will not disappoint you.

First time going in after new ownership. Ice cream is still yummy and the people are very kind. They always give my daughters dog a treat.
