I can say that I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here!! By chance we needed a dog bed today and they were 40% off! I wish I had asked the name of the lady who helped us, she was GREAT! they always seem to be running some type of sale on some items, and all of the staff seem to really love dogs!!

The staff is great. They great you and are very helpful. I love the rewards program

Love this store!! (And now we don’t have to travel to the east side of Huntersville- although I used to before the Denver store opened) Staff is always so friendly and helpful & they have a Huge variety of dog & cat food, as well as treats and toys. We often find good sales & I always recommend my local friends to shop here for their fur babies.

I absolutely never write reviews, but I seriously love this place! I always speak to Zay when I shop here. She is so kind and extremely helpful! She is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable with my purchases!

UPDATE. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the store manager regarding my experience with the store clerk. I’ve been back to the store and have received excellent service. Mostly everyone who works there is knowledgeable about the products and wants to help pet owners make the right selection for their pet(s). Previous post: I’ve been buying dog food from the Denver location since it opened. Usually the staff, especially the Manager are very helpful and knowledgeable. Since the store offers quality dog food it is expected that the staff be somewhat knowledgeable about the different brands and can assist a customer with decisions about which dog food may be best suited for their pet. I’ve never been disappointed until today when I stopped in to buy dog food. They only had one customer other than me. The sales clerk was not friendly, her responses to my questions were curt and she acted like she had a problem with me. When I’m spending $$$$ buying expensive dog food I expect basic polite customer service. Due to this clerk’s poor attitude she stood out from the rest of the more personable and helpful staff I’ve encountered at this location. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and will fix her attitude. Otherwise I may just start ordering my dog food online.

Love the people who work there, love the store, always willing to go beyond to help make sure my dogs get the best they need. Always willing to get products they do not carry, just all around excellent!

Came in looking for a specific Purina Pro Plan for my senior dog. They did not have it in stock. After asking the staff if it was present, they went to the effort of looking the product up, and stating that they could have it in stock by Tuesday. Great service, offering to order the product in and to call us when it arrived. Love that they went the extra mile to obtain the product.

I just found this place by accident yesterday. But I absolutely fell in love with this place because they have so many natural treats for my two little dogs (12lbs and 20lbs) that don't cost an arm and a leg. Will definitely be going back with my 12lbs little girl so she can pick out her own treat

I love this place. I come here every weekend with my two dachshunds. Dom is always so helpful and everyone there is always so friendly.

Absolutely wonderful store! It’s my dog’s favorite place to go, since he gets lots of love, treats, and toys! The people there are super sweet and helpful, and it’s nice seeing all of the dogs’ pictures on the walls!

They also have a donation table outside for anyone with pets in need of food/accessories, and are very community oriented!

Would highly recommend to anyone and their pups!

The selection of products are items that are hard to find even with Amazon, and their pricing is on par with Amazon if not better in some cases. They offer specials, and a free membership that a credit you points to be used as cash.

If you have a dog, you would just be excited to walk the house and see products that are unfamiliar and enlightening!

I love Dog Supplies! The people here are wonderful and always treat my pup like a little princess. The prices and rewards $ are the best in town and even beat online. After the awesome rewards program, even Amazon can't beat the prices. I'm so glad the Denver location is open now! You guys rock.

I love this dog supplies store! They have a great variety of food, treats and toys that keeps me coming back. They also have a great rewards program that every dollar spent gets something back at different point levels. There are even brands in the store that have their own rewards program! I highly recommend this location - they have great customer service and are always helpful when I have questions!
