5 Star so more people see this but they should be 0 Star
This company will send you a Fine/ invoice for $85 it you spot to check the sign on the price. Then if you get back in and leave they will take that as not paying and Fine you. They have a class action law suit due to this and other shady practices!

$4 cash a spot (ANYTIME) via machine that doesn't give change or take cards. There is an app to download to pay. Very clean and spacious spots. Convenient to downtown areas across the railroad tracks.

***DO NOT PARK HERE***DO NOT EVEN SWING INTO THIS PARKING LOT. IT IS A RORT!! They will sting you with a fee even if you just stop to check out the fees and drive off again because you don't want to pay their exorbitant prices. We were there for less than 5 mins. Nowhere is the fees displayed obviously before you go in. No grace period to decide if you want to accept their fees or find somewhere else to park. Why is this type of operation even allowed.

Professional Parking Management is a disgusting company. We used their QR code to download the app (Honk Mobile) and used the location settings in their app to reserve our spot. We even renewed our time on the app, paying $20 for two hours. It was the “Elm lot” and we were right next to Elm St. Two weeks later we get a parking ticket in the mail for $45 (if we pay within 5 days of receipt, $85 after that). Apparently the lot that their location settings brought up was the incorrect lot and they refuse to accept our time stamped receipts with the license plate listed, matching the time and license plate in the picture of their parking ticket. Terrible customer service, terrible money-hungry company. If you see their lot, keep driving and search for a parking company that isn’t trying to screw you over.

Just received an $85 ticket for a bill that I paid.
Bank statement was "not usable proof of payment"

Receipts don't print at the machine.
Parking lot doesn't work with park mobile app like all other parking in the area.

Save your money and park elsewhere, this lot is a scheme

Would rate a zero stars if I could. Pricing is outrageous for parking in Greensboro. I overstayed by a couple minutes and received a ticket in the mail for $85. It’s a complete rip off.

This is setup to rip people off!
I’ve got $49.99 ticket ($90 if not paid within 15 days) for parking this place after 10 pm on a weekday for 54 minutes in Greensboro downtown. They have cameras taking pictures of your tag.
Doesn’t makes sense where everywhere else around is free parking during night time and there was no visible signs stating you will have to pay at this parking place.
Clearly this is setup for extracting 10X times the cost of regular daytime parking fees.

I received a notice for parking here to pay their $85 invoice or the $45 invoice with a $4.99 convenience fee if paid within 15 days. I would say if you are just rolling through viewing the spot, don’t stop. I literally stopped for a quick lunch with co-workers, and now I have to pay a bill. Mind you, there weren’t a lot of cars and there wasn’t a rush of people looking for spots. Terms or no terms, that’s wild. Just because it’s a rule made doesn’t make it right. I wouldn’t mind paying the $6 since I was there for 35 mins, but $45 to $85?? Insane.

If you're one minute over the two hour limit, they send you an $85 dollar invoice with threats of collections agencies, booting your car and towing your car. If you pay without question or dispute, they'll let pay just $45 online with a $4.99 convenience fee. If you pay by check through the mail, you won't make their 15 day grace period. I paid the invoice but won't ever park here again.

I was picking up my wife…might have been in the parking lot for maybe 10 minutes. I never left my truck, never turned the ignition off. Just got a $45.00 parking ticket. What a joke.

This is some kind of scam!! I paid to park and have the charge on my card to prove it. They had sent me a bill which I have sent in a dispute for. They responded via email and said I had 30 days to dispute the charge. I responded immediately with bank information. Followed up with another email of details of the transaction from my bank. It’s been over a week with no response and now I receive another bill in the mail saying the charge is gone to $85. Avoid parking here!!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I'm handicap and couldn't find parking so I decided to park in this lot. Bad enough there is no handicap accessible parking in this area. It only offered 2 options for parking. So I selected the 1 1/2 hour option. I get a bill for $85 dollars because i was over by 30 minutes according to the pictures. This didn't take into account the extra time needed to find the damn kiosk or wait for others to pay.

I paid for parking spot but accidentally hit a wrong number for my license plate. I have called them and tried everything, but they continue to increase my fines and tell me unless I can figure out what license plate I put in, they will not help me or even look to see if my plate is in their records with one letter/number off. I showed them my credit card receipt, the pic of my truck in my name, and they just tell me it’s better to pay them off instead. 😳

I had no idea that after paying to park on a Friday night that it was for a 90 minute limit and that going over that was going to result in an $85 fine. I didn't even know there was a time limit otherwise I would have planned that we return sooner. Never parking here again. This place is a racket.

By the way on the back of the notice it reads "FAILURE TO PAY THIS PARKING CHARGE MAY RESULT IN THIS MATTER BEING REFERRED TO COLLECTIONS. THIS INVOICE IS PRIVATELY ISSUED, IS NOT ISSUED BY A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY AND IS NOT SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PENALTIES. UNPAID PARKING CHARGE NOTICES MAY RESULT IN THE VEHICLE BEING BOOTED OR TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE."

You want the citizens of Greensboro to frequent downtown establishments, but you charge $9 for 2 hours. You overstay by 30 minutes and charge $85. Absolute rip off! If I were a business owner downtown I would be fighting the system. It's taking away business.

$9 for 90 minutes at the kiosk on a Sunday when all on street parking was free?! I don't think so. And the options were 90 minutes, 10 hours or some VIP thing. Walked two blocks instead and paid $0.

It's way too expensive to park if you're only going to spend an hour or so.

Will never come to any surrounding establishments if I have to park in this area. Total rip off! They will most definitely send you a $85 parking charge!!
