I purchased my 2017 VW Jetta SEL 1.8L TSI with Spencer, and my experience was quick and easy. He was professional, transparent and patient with me while I narrowed down my options. Doing my share of research on the current market with the cars' specs and milage, it was a fair, if not great deal for the price. Test drove, went home to think it through, placed a deposit down over the phone to hold it a few days, and was in and out in a matter of 2 hours tops on purchase day. Spencer made sure to handle as much as he could remotely so we could move quickly and efficiently once I arrived.

We did purchase the vehicle outright, so I can't speak to their financing department or process. But shout out to Steve in accounting - he got me through that mountain of paperwork in like 15 minutes, while still making sure I had room for questions and explanations.

I didn't realize until too late that it didn't come with floor mats? And it could have been a little more thoroughly detailed, but overall, very happy with my purchase and experience! Compared to the market I was on foot looking at, impex seems to have one of the better/cleanlier inventories of used cars. Highly reccomend!

I worked with Chuck to help my Fiance and I purchase a 2021 Ram Promaster 3500 Extended from Impex. We had been searching for weeks and worked on many deals but always ran into shady salesmen or misrepresented vans. After reaching out to Impex and getting work with Chuck his friendly and honest approach was just what we were looking for. He was very responsive to our messages and helped us every step of the way. We were a few hours away so he sent tons of videos and photos unlike many other dealerships we worked with and made sure to disclose and fix any cosmetic damages or issues that he found. Purchasing vehicles these days is already hard enough in the financial time we are in but working with a dealership and someone who is transparent and willing to stand behind their product made it a-lot easier. Great customer service my aunt and I were greeted very politely the front desk employees were very welcoming. Juan helped us a lot especially my aunt she bought the truck she loved it and the paper work was explained as we signed everything. I always recommend Impex I have bought three cars and never have had an issue with the cars and the customer service is great. Check the cars out and great prices.

The experience with Impex was great. My purchase was by internet, phone and text message with Chuck Payne and Renee Collins were very quick in response and answered my questions with printed info and videos. I was communicating from Huntsville, AL to make this purchase. The team was excellent to work with. I drove to Greensboro, NC to pick up a 2019 Ford Transit 350 XLT van. The paper work was ready when I arrived for less than 1.5 hour turn around to head back to Alabama.

Chase the young sales rep was great. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the inventory they had for sale. That made me feel great about my purchase. He made sure me and my family were satisfied with our purchase. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything.

This is the second truck I’ve bought from here and Impex did not disappoint. I worked with Teryl throughout the process and he was real communicative and answered every questions I had. We purchased 4 vehicles from Richard at Impex Automotive in Greensboro. We were treated with respect and the entire process was quick and to the point. My salesman Richard made me feel welcome and was not pushy. There was no “hand off” to a manager or alternate person to make the deal. Richard was on top of the deal and provided exactly what he said he would. All around a great buying experience.
