The most interesting experience in a hotel I would say I've almost ever had. The place is like a time capsule. Almost museum-like. It seems it has succumbed to the addicts. It's an interesting place to stay and explore the glass artifacts from a time once vibrant. if you have the will power. On a side note I awoke in the middle of the night and witnessed a mouse in my room dressed in a tuxedo..I assumed it was a transients pet and went about my sleep

Everybody is always complaining or saying something negative but I have always really liked staying at the Biltmore. . It is outdated and its definitely hot with cops but if you just mind your own business this place is cool.

This day was awesome but the sign out front of deceiving saying 3999 when it's 50. the staff was awesome the room was quiet nice bed comfy mini fridge TV nightstand ice machine right by me it was really nice and the lady up front was a sweetheart . I asked and I got a discount on the room she was so nice and I would definitely go there again really no complaints I had access to the outside parking lot right for my room and from the hallway inside . Nice country bar on property would stay there again .

I have been staying at the biltmore for awhile now and have been treated so well by everyone who works here. The front desk employees are amazing. They are kind and helpful all the time. The housekeeping ladies are so pleasant n sweet when they come to change our towels out or to clean our room. I really appreciate the way we are treated and that we have a roof over our head.

This place is old and antique with a lot of history. The staffs are wonderful. The price is very cheap regarding to current market rate. The only thing that bothered me was the people being rude to the staff cause they didn’t get a “5 star service” at $50. Loved how the employees stayed calm and handled the situation. Keep doing what you are doing, we will definitely be back.
And people you don’t get to demand a service like 5 star hotel while paying cheaper rate than a Motel. Grow up jezzzzzz

I only visited Chisholm's Saloon located in the hotel. The best bands play there on Wednesday night.

I love this place. My husband is blind and they always hold a specific room for us. Everything is always clean and I feel comfortable there. Also, the front desk over night are always so sweet. I plan to book many nights here in the future. 5 stars!!!!!

I have stayed here many times since I was 10, so about 27 years. Yes the hotel is a bit more worn than it once was but the rooms are large and clean and the complex itself is like no other in town. There are two very inviting courtyard pools and a very nice indoor. There are clean good laundry machines that are cheaper than surrounding laundry mats (1.50/load vs 3.50 at a mat up the street) . This is in a challenging part of town but has great security, as a woman I have never felt in danger here even at the wee hours of the morning. Like anywhere things can go wrong but I have never had a situation they didnt make right if I brought it up. Also the staff here is the friendliest in town and they allow pets. I have traveled a lot in my life, lots of states, countries etc and this is by far my favorite place to stay . Its not resort fancy but it is quite clean, comfortable, and charming with great staff and at its price point, is unbeatable for a good deal.

Sunny and VJ are great they run the hotel, Addie the young lady that runs the breakfast buffet she is so courteous and nice. Maintenance men are great too, they are on the clock 24 hours. Security is 24/7 also. The rooms are always clean and they are spacious too.

A great low end hotel. We had a problem with our room and they moved us immediately. I considered giving four stars cause the continental breakfast was a bit less than I expected and we had to request a fidge and microwave. I called and asked if they had them and they said yes, but you have to request it and it will be brought to you. But I've been in more expensive hotels that offered less. So I'm staying with 5. I would like to say that my 5 star rating is considering the price. If you want the mariot......go to it.

Indoor pool access, it's a vacation spot for tourists, and there's a food galore 😋 many options to choose from and not to far from children entertainment like celebration station, the fair, as well as the water park.

This hotel has a long and storied existence. It began as an independent hotel, spent a few years as a Hilton, then a few years as a Radisson. Now, it's independent again. The current management took all of the old feedback quite seriously. I'm in my second week of stay at The Biltmore. I've had two rooms here, due to extending my stay which I would not have done if it weren't a lovely hotel. Both rooms are spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. I travel often on business and the amenities here are still comparable with a Radisson, in fact, exceed it. The parking and Wi-Fi are free. With a daily room, the breakfast at The Brandywine is free. With a long-term stay it is $5. This business hotel goes out of its way to cater to its guests. The manager greets new guests. The entire bi-lingual staff has been impeccably trained in customer service. From management to housekeeping, they're hospitable and well-mannered. The hotel theme has traditionally been the desert South West, indicative to its location in Oklahoma. While this was popular in past decades, it continues to be the presiding theme here, intertwined with the naming and themes of its onsite entertainment properties, such as The Chisholm Club. It's been a long-standing favorite location for conferences and meetings. I've attended four here since 2001. The hotel is currently undergoing a full re-model, starting with its rear most building. (It has five buildings in its complex - three with rooms, ballrooms, restaurant and clubs; two dedicated to hotel maintenance and housekeeping.) During winter, only the indoor pool remains open. During the other three seasons, you may also enjoy three pools and one wading pool, plus a whirlpool/sauna. If you don't stay here, you'll miss one of the best kept secrets of Oklahoma City. Oh, a dining tip: eat at least once across the street at Gopuram, an Indian restaurant serving some of the best dishes the city has to offer for carnivores, vegans, and vegetarians. Yet another benefit of staying here is the easy access to fine dining, shopping and the airport. Plus, pets are welcome for a nominal $10 per night deposit. Also, there's a complimentary airport shuttle.

I attended the ThunderKats Cat Show at the Biltmore Ok Mar 17-19, 2017. We were the rescue group invited to participate. Overall, the experience was good. We happened to be in the same area as the indoor pool so there were lots of kids running around. But that was the only major downfall.
