Very nice personnel working they are doing their best, sometimes the don’t have enough coverage and it’s not their fault, overall great place!!

Friendly service still have issues they working out but friendly place

The two workers this Sunday morning were amazing helped with with everything I needed store was clean coffee was wonderful

It's my first time to get Casey's rewards and it cool 😎. I am thankful to Desarae for helping me understand how to do Casey's rewards.

Thankful for Jordan for helping us jumpstart our car to get us back on the road on Thanksgiving day. Wonderful customer service.

Everything was as expected

Dirtiest gas station/store I've ever seen. Homeless folks blocking the door, ever single trash can at the pumps is overflowing (I'm staying at a hotel next door and the trash has been full for days). Parking lot has trash all over and people are lingering all around the lot after dark.

Update: Wrote to Casey's as they suggested below, on June 5th. It's now June 13th and I have yet to get a response other than the automated response indicating that they've received my message and will "get back to me as soon as possible."

The bathrooms are disgusting. No toilet paper. Poop on the seats. Garbage literally all over the place. Sinks, doors, everything. Filthy. And the lady at the counter is just sitting. Not doing anything at all.

The lady working in the front this morning was cussing at me cuz I accidentally was using the cappuccino machine I didn't notice the out of order sign I need to speed to a manager

Tried to pay credit card in the machine. Kept giving a message to wait. Canceled transaction went inside only to be told “yeah if it’s a chip card it don’t work!!!” WTH? Everyone has gone to chip or touch. The inside stunk bad. Not sure how this became a Casey’s but the inside was nasty. This is the 1st Casey’s I have been to that is this bad and do not have the signature pizzas. Did not take my Casey’s rewards number either!

Brand new re-opening, pizza maker looked like he had no idea what he was doing, pizza TASTED ok then an hour later I started throwing up with stomach cramps. Soooo food poisoning too.
Shame cause the North side Casey's pizza didn't make me sick just saying

Please don’t go here. Went In yesterday evening and was told to come back Later that the staff was on smoke break smoking in front of door without care about customers. I am not only one they turned down. I will Never go back again. Should be going to 7-11. Never recommend Casey’s again! Unprofessional customer service I have ever seen! There are way more gas stations in town! Even if Caseys offered me free gas, I won’t recommend to go to Casey’s unless you want to get insulted.

This man and another female employee were turning customers down. Telling me and a customer that walked up after me to come back in 15 mins because they were on a smoke break. I understand employees need breaks but both at same time? and smoking at the front entrance by door? door was unlocked, it was normal business hours. no signage posted "gone for break" so I proceeded in and he rudely told his co worker to deny me service because I interrupted his break. she let me pay for my gas. I asked his name he said none of my business. insane experience. he was literally standing at the door like a night club bouncer denying customers. Oncue gas station and convenient store is up the road just north of the overpass. don't waste your time here you might be interrupting their Smoke break. I Feel sorry for the customers that have breathing problems that have to walk past his smoke on the way in. DO BETTER CASEYS.

I live near and the last few nights have been a circus
There was a fight on the deck of the store by the door and the clerks said or did nothing. Unless you want to count having deep conversations with the homeless people as doing something.
Early this morning I went in and a short older clerk with very short hair was telling a disheveled guy about her old days in California. Two clerks in the store and neither acknowledged me or greeted me as I came in.
While Miss California was still chatting up her He-Man hobo I watched two different homeless men walk in , fill their pockets with merchandise and walk out.
To cap it all off the two clerks were talking about how a new clerk took 'another' counterfeit $100 and how w every time she works she has HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN THE REGISTER
I commented that they shouldn't be letting customers in this neighborhood know that sometimes the rigidters are FULL OF HINDREDS IN CASH!
The short haired lady said she didn't care because she wouldn't be in the store anymore after today. They said the new girl just needed to be retrained and that Trish needed to retrain her because she didn't do s good job having her trained in the first place.
Both clerks seemed to not think Trish was very bright whoever she is.
If someone could tell me who I can call I'd like to speak to a higher up about this circus

I couldn't even figure out how to get into the parking lot. Maybe it's under construction or something? I ended up having to go to a different convenience store down the street.

This plàce is supposed to be open 24/7. I have gone there multiple times and it's locked or a paper sign is taped to door saying systems down, yet Casey's go is about 200 yards north and open. Even employees at north location said it was bad. Water is always leaking around coolers. This place is trash.
