Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn & Conference Center

First check in was very quick. Key cards and room were ready upon arrival. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Pillow was one of the most comfortable. As someone that stays in hotel approx 300 nights per year this hotel had the best breakfast. Items included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, pancakes and hash browns. Also muffins oatmeal cereal and I may have missed some items as there was so much. I have included pictures with this review. They also have a restaurant and bar with in the location. Only negative I would have is the steak was a smaller portion than I expected for the price and we ordered it medium and came out well done. Great experience overall and will definitely be staying here again when back in area

Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and recently updated. Had everything we could need including a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer, Iron and ironing board and even a small safe. Plenty of room to park, and grassy areas to walk the dog. Close to I-40.

I was very pleased with the room, the King Size Suite was very nice.... The location overlooking the heated pool was awesome.....Staff was very friendly..... I will definitely be back for a total and complete experience.... possibly when the weather is a little bit warmer for a definite do over..... possibly around V Day 🥰❤🥰!! Shout out to Amber and Ty and the kitchen staff!!

My husband and I stay here A LOT & we love it here. In fact, we're here so often with business that we call it our second home. Lol! The spacious rooms are always clean & the staff is always top notch! Lana in the breakfast room is the best...she really cares about people having a good stay, but also has a job to do (she will ask for a breakfast ticket if she doesn't recognize you...TAKE YOUR BREAKFAST TICKET WITH YOU). There is security that makes rounds threw out the night & you will see them walking around regularly. Hot tub is great for relaxing & there is a patio with small fireplaces.

Place is amazing! All the staff is so kind and courteous and EVERYTHING is so clean. Alexis at the front desk is nothing short of amazing, I won't be staying anywhere else when I'm in OKC and I have stayed all over the city for many many years, so glad to have found this place.

Compared to my last stay two years ago, this time was a remarkable improvement. The rooms appear to have been updated, were very clean and the service second to none.

Was referred to this hotel while our semi was in the shop for a few days. The shuttle bus came pick us up and drop us back off to the shop when the job was done. The amenities and staff are A1. Will stay here again when we are back in OKC.

Great place to spend some quality time. The management and staff of this older but classy hotel are top shelf, but grounded and down to earth! The area is a little rough and you'll surely run into homeless people. But for the most part, they're harmless! I'd stay at Best Western before I'd stay at one of those on the other side of The I-40 overpass that would surely cost two or three times the price, just because of the management and staff!

I’ve been here with my family multiple times. We are locals and just enjoy weekends out and in a pool sometimes.

A huge shout out to Melanie and Trinity who do a stellar job at the front desk and do amazing work, and Ms. Rachel from the restaurant who loves what she does and is wonderful. Kristina from morning service who went above and beyond! I appreciate y’all. I hope best western and management gives those ladies a big raise. Seriously.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The room was large, clean and in great condition. All of the staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best hotel breakfast we have ever had!! An amazing variety and assortment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who is passing through or staying for an extended time in the Oklahoma City area!

The pool was amazing and clean! The bar tender was an absolute sweet heart all around just amazing and so hard working! The staff was so kind, and any time we asked for something they were sweet and quickly accommodated- so our event could run smoothly. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all on point, hot and ready for 3 days straight! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Can not say enough about our stay, and we are very excited to come back!

This hotel is located in a great place and they have wonderful customer service skills. It is dog friendly and located in a convenient location with lots of things close by!

Retro but a nice place to stay. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and check in was friendly and easy. Close to the fairgrounds and Outlet Mall.

Adequate parking for eighteen wheelers, wonderful restaurant menu pool jacuzzi laundromat full bar wonderful staff and support group. Truly a wonderful family and I should know, I was a guess for five weeks. I had a ball. Kudos to management staff the shuttle drivers and room service.

Loved this hotel! The girl who worked the front desk her name was Katie and she gave me exceptional service. She was so respectful and nice and was very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean which is very important to me. Breakfast area was clean and had some good choices.

This is what I call complimentary BREAKFAST. The pool looks amazing, the Saddleback restaurant setting is pretty nice. I recommend the pesto penne pasta with chicken, it was delicious! Spacious quiet room with all the promised amenities included and working, nothing is falling apart or not working or in bad condition. The property does not have that nasty smell of cigarette smoke. Plenty of complimentary clean parking lot, with several access to the rooms that make it very convenient. The only part I do not like is the location, it looks pretty unsafe, I would not walk anywhere.

My husband and I had a great time with our 5 kids at this location. Melody Jordan assisted me over the phone prior to leaving my town to head to the hotel as well as helped us continually throughout our stay. She was so sweet and had a friendly face. Eager to please and made us feel like she cared about our experience! Thank you Melody!!

Ended up staying 3 nights due to my rig being in the shop. Their shuttle to get drivers to & from the dealerships was a HUGE Godsend! They are pet friendly, but it's a small daily charge. They were able to accommodate my need to extend my stay with no issue. They have a pool, sauna, clean rooms, AWESOME staff in the restaurant & around the facility. Our room was quiet & well maintained. We will DEFINITELY stay again!
