It's not just the food that's awesome.. the owners make you feel right at home. Great service and clean dining area. Even though we didn't order it, the cook brought us a sample of smoked sausage. It was delicious and it's nice to see someone take pride in their work. I had the Pork plate which comes with 2 sides ($13) and George had the brisket which also came with 2 sides ($17). If you haven't already been there, Go!!

Awesome flavor to the food!!!! I loved the pork tacos with the homemade pico de galo. The rice with chorizo was a nice touch of flavor also. My son had brisket sandwich and he tore it up. He hardly ever finishes his plate of food but he murdered that brisket sandwich!!!!! We will definitely be back and too some to go food with us today.

Ordered lunch brisket sandwich and the brisket was perfect. I have also tried the baked beans and they are perfect.
Nice and friendly staff.
Very clean facility.

Hope they will try to offer some daily specials soon.
I ordered a plate recently and it comes with a side of choice ... why not 2 sides with plate since there is 1 side with sandwiches?

Wow! I LOVE this food! Tender and flavorful. You won't regret it. I've eat a LOT of BBQ. In fact, my family owns "Dennis BBQ" in Augusta, GA. I had all but given up on good BBQ in this part of town. Luckily, I found Fat Fork BBQ!

100% GO HERE! Not only is the bbq to die for (my person favorite is the pork) but the customer service here is the best. Tim and Vallary were so nice and welcoming. It was our first time coming here and they gave us a breakdown of the menu and even had us sample a few things to see what we like. They also frequently checked in on us to see if we were enjoying our food. And not just in a customer service way, but in a way that showed that they take pride in their work and they genuinely want to know if their food was up to par. You can tell that if something wasn't right (which if you don't like their food then you must be a monster), they would do everything they could to fix it or even be open to new ideas. Not to mention, the prices were fantastic. They give you your bang for your buck. If you have a bbq craving, this is THE place to go. We will be back again. Thank you Tim and Vallary for the awesome lunch and great experience!

Phenomenal food! Stopped by for dinner to go after hearing good things about this place. So. Much. Food! 12 bucks for a dinner sandwich w/2 sides. Pulled pork was piled high and portions were more than plentiful. Check this place out and support a local business! You won’t regret it.

Wow....hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever eaten in my life. The brisket melts in your mouth and doesn’t even need any sauce or anything, it’s perfect and the pulled pork sandwich was so huge but I had to eat the whole thing it was that good. On top of that those were the best baked beans I’ve ever eaten as well. I’m in a food coma right now and it was completely worth it AND I want more. The owners are awesome people too, just an amazingly run family business!

Portions were great for the price, almost unthinkable. I would never have guessed that $11 would get me so much brisket. I was blown away with the quality of the food and the atmosphere. The owners were kind and easy to talk to, they gave samples of some of the sides that we didn't get and even let us try some of the specials as samples. I was simply amazed with the customer service this bbq shop gives. The owners are incredibly fun and easy to talk to, and they make you feel right at home! If you're looking for a family owned, and amazing bbq place, look no further, you've found it!

Not barbecue but a true smokehouse. This restaurant is located in a strip mall and is completely family owned. The service was great and I was impressed by the Mac and cheese which isn't a typical response to any cheesy noodle confection that isn't made by my family. Please check them out and support this local gem. I got the chicken and it was moist and tender and went great with the homemade hot sauce.

Great place! The brisket was amazing. The pork phenomenal. Everything cooked to perfection. The owners were super friendly and just fabulous. They have all types of bbq sauces, mild, chipotle, vinegar based. We tried them for the first time and LOVED IT! Good job Fat Fork! Wishing you much success in Denver, NC.

As a Google Local Guide, I’ve eaten brisket all over the world and most of the U.S. (Military) I can honestly say that I’ve had some of the best cooked, juicy, tender, flavorful brisket ever, right here at Fat Fork. My wife and kids tried all the sides and they loved them. My eight year old loved the green beans and Lima beans, along with the ribs (which he usually does not eat). If you like/love BBQ, it’s a must stop location for great food and friendly staff. Not a disappointment in service or food. It was fantastic. Do not miss an opportunity to visit Fat Fork. I’d give them 10 starts, but it wasn’t an option. 👍👍👍

WOW! Incredible food here and the owners are as nice as anybody I’ve met! They readily shared some sides we didn’t order, all of which were delicious and clearly made with care

We both had the prime rib sandwich and it was amazing. Served with a beautiful house made horse radish that was gentle yet complimented the sandwich well.

In a word, it’s clear that the chef is an artist.

Eat here and you will be glad you did!!

It was an absolute hidden gem of NC during our visit.
The most tender brisket, delicious sides and great sauce selection.
Tim, the Owner was very attentive, knowledgeable and super welcoming to my Friend and I. He gave us the best service, great suggestions and even shared his business aspirations with us.
It's a shame I wasn't able to try everything on the menu, but EVERYTHING I did have was phenomenal.

Carolina Sauce, and a house made Chipotle Sauce.

Visited for the first time two weeks ago and got the brisket and pork plates. Easily the best brisket around! No other location even comes close! The owner brought us samples of the chicken and sausage. It was a shame we tried the chicken first because I’ve never tasted such flavorful chicken anywhere. Remarkably moist. Went back two more times before writing this review and was very please those times as well.

If you have not stopped in please do so and judge for yourself; and recognize that the protein you want could be sold out as it takes a really long time to smoke it the way they do.

Tried Fat Fork today for some dinner takeout. Ordered the beef brisket. Excellent choice! The beef was very tender, flavorful and the best I’ve had here in Denver! Great bark on the brisket! Sides were great too, Mac and cheese, beans and red slaw were good choices too! Generous portions too! Will be back very soon! Thanks!

Dang, this place is gooooooood!! That's all we could say after eating here for the first time today!! They're amazingly friendly and the customer service is top notch! The brisket is the best we've ever had! Will definitely be making the drive to eat here more often!!

The food is outstanding but service is out of this world.

They were very generous with their portions and even provided samples of sides we did not order.

We sat outside with our dog and when the owner came to bring us our food he noticed our pup and asked if it would be okay to bring her some scraps. We said of course!

He came out a few minutes later with a water bowl and a large plate of pork trimmings. Our pup had never seen such a feast and promptly gobbled it up.

Highly recommend this little gem

Without a doubt the BEST brisket we have ever had! So far above famous Midwood Smoke - you have to try it. The portions are huge and the sides are so big they can be split. Nothing is fried. Also the nicest owners always on site. We dined in but also noticed a nonstop stream of pick ups. So happy to have Valerie and Tim in Denver!

Outstanding meats. Well prepared sauces. Welcoming and personal service from Valarie and Christian. The white coleslaw is one of the best I've ever had. Try the red slaw. Like nothing I ever had. Wonderful. The prices are very reasonable. I will go back many times to try the entire menu.

Another great meal. I am hooked on their brisket it has to be the best I have ever had. It’s hard for me to eat fast food when I can eat good fresh food for the same price. I get the 4 person family meal and it is cheaper than I usually pay for 3 people at the big name fast food joints.
