Staybridge Suites Oklahoma City Airport, an IHG Hotel

Very nice stay here. The staff were wonderful, especially Caroline who helped me get a refund from a wrong date Expedia reservation that I didn't have cancelation on (my fault). Room was very nice and was like a studio apartment. Note* This location as of this posting is undergoing renovation but it was very minorly intrusive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Above and beyond courtesy. Crystal was the sweetest and the AGM made sure I got a ride to the airport. Amazing hospitality?? The rooms look beautiful as well.

I visited a friend here, but the rooms were lovely, and i will be staying there in the future.

There was construction going on. Dust, boxes were everywhere. We were not offered a discount or any concessions for the inconvenience

Breakfast was delicious, front and kitchen staff was so friendly, the room was super clean, the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel, with soft pillows and a firm mattress. We got the queen suite with a kitchen, and the price was less than what we pay for much smaller rooms in other hotels. They have a basketball court, meeting rooms, indoor pool, and a jacuzzi. As others have said, some of the carpeting, curtains, etc may be a tad bit outdated, but the place more than makes up for that in comfort and amenities.

I rented the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite for my daughter and her friends for her birthday 2 weeks ago. The front desk staff named Jasmine was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and personable. She put us on the top floor because it didn’t have hardly any other guests and she figured several 13 year olds would be up late and giggling. She was definitely right about that. I liked the lighting and having my own bedroom and bathroom to myself. We liked it so much that we are staying again tomorrow. I was able to confirm my stay over the phone with Miss Jasmine today and she remembered me and thanked me for wanting to come stay and let me know she would be working when we checked in. That girl is a treasure and needs a raise or something. Don’t lose her! She is a wonderful asset to the hotel.

Free washer and dryer are nice but only one is working and not well and the hot tub was drained. When I called and made my reservation is specifically asked if it was functioning and was told it was. Disappointed but the breakfast lady is amazing! Makes the stay worth it all.

I booked this hotel for my dad and his friend and they really enjoyed there stay here. The ladies up front were very sweet and extremely helpful as well! Cherish helped with the booking and made my dad feel so welcome! He said they were really nice and even accommodated them with dinner even though they arrived after dinner was finished. My dad drove all the way from New Jersey so it was immensely appreciated that these ladies treated him really well upon arrival. We will definitely book this hotel again when he comes into town! Overall, fantastic service!

We had a great time here. While the hot tub wasn't active and the pool area wasn't the greatest, it was enough to keep the kids happy. The real treat was the room, which was nicely cleaned and had good amenities for the price. Would stay again.

This is my second stay at this hotel. First time was 3 weeks, this time almost 4. The rooms are nicely decorated and well maintained. I don't eat the breakfast, so o can't comment on that, but the room is nicely equipped with a mini stove and cookware. The outdoor area is nice, with a comfortable fire pit and ball court. Probably the best part is the people. Everybody that works here is incredibly nice.

If I have to criticize anything it would be the internet. It's fast enough for webpages, but too slow to stream. It could just be my room though.

This place is highly recommended and I will be staying here again.

We stayed in the a suite for my daughter's 13th birthday. It was so nice and very affordable. It had one king bedroom and one bedroom with 2 full beds that way I could let the kids enjoy and I could relax. The only children side was the hot tub was broken ☹

This place is great! First off, I was greeted and checked in by Kristian, besides being gorgeous, she was both friendly and professional. The whole process took a few minutes. For the unbelievable price there are so many amenities. I travel a lot for work so I (unfortunately) notice everything- I can honestly say the only thing "off" was that the clock was an hour off in my room- haha! (Today was the day to "fall back"). I recommend this location to folks on business and families on vacation.

Stayed here for a quick night, but would be a great place for a longer stay. Rooms are nice with the kitchen and full refrigerator. During the week there are manager receptions with nice food. Free breakfast in the morning as well. Beds are comfortable enough.

Absolutely my best stay I've ever had! Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. Made for a perfect trip!

Clean up scale rooms.. I love staying here the hospitality, after 2 years this place has gone downhill.. everything is broken, they don't clean your room like it says here on the amedities, my room didn't have any utensils. Towels fell like sand paper.

1st floor location on West side of hotel is quiet and parking is just steps away. The paved biking/walking trail is 500 feet from our door. Basketball court, patio with guest accessible grill and indoor pool provides family activities at no additional cost. The breakfast options are excellent and tasty, especially the waffles you make yourself. Social hours on weeknights makes this hotel a much better value. Burgers, taco nights, salads, quesadillas and fajitas are favs. Responsive staff including a tv repairman makes our clean comfortable 2 bedroom suite a great fun HQ for the week.

Hopefully, when you stay, you will be able to work with Chris. If he is not there, you might check to see if he is available or when he will be available, or if you have any concerns, if they are able to wait, then you might want to wait, until Chris is on duty. He is not hard to miss, he is the only male host there, besides the general manager, being there. I recommend him cause he awesome, if at anytime you have any concerns, about anything, he does his best to make sure, that those concerns are addressed. Not to say that the rest of the staff don't, either, they do, but working with Chris makes things such a breeze. He's fun to work with and he don't give any push back, like what you get when you go to some retail stores. If their is something, that he is not, actually, able to help you out with, he either finds an alternative, or if their is, actually, nothing that can be done about the concern/situation at least he tells you in the most polite way. Without being ride about it.
I give four stars for the service, but five, just cause Chris is there. I've only had one mistake, since being there, and that was minor, I wanted two nights, and actually only got booked for one, but like I said I do appreciate the service, cause I had a special rate, so that rate should've been for the two nights, but since it was only one, night that was booked, that's all I got it for, but the manager honored it. So for that I'm grateful.
I had a special rate, because the pool was broken, so Chris suggested trying one of the sibling company pools, it was no good either, but Chris gave a special rate discount, for the inconvenience(s), of the pool(s).

Five because of all the hospitality.

Very good faciltiy, spacious rooms, nice staff, good amenities, breakfast is awesome and even three days dinner. Enjoyed a lot with my stay. I have been there for 3 times and all the times it was a nice experience. Good swiming pool and gim. Even nice location nearby lots of stores and restaurants. Even the Quail Spring mall is near by and other stores like Best Buy, one dollar tree, Target mall, Wallmart etc.

Overall good location and great trip to be there and to stay a long till 6 weeks.

I like to stay here whenever I come to Oklahoma, they have a kitchenette, fridge with built in ice maker, dishwasher, and plenty of space! Comfy beds, indoor pool, grill, and convenient location

Always a good choice of hotel. My parents insist on this hotel during our trek from GA to CO and back. Super comfortable beds, plenty of space and very clean. The breakfast is good too!
