I wish there was more stars then just 5 cause they deserve 100! I've been ordering from Rice Bowl 1 for over 10 years and the excellent quality has always been maintained by this family owned restaurant. The food is so darn delicious! Now every time we have family or friends over from out of state they say "while we are here we have to get the Chinese food". Trust me , you will crave it too!!

Fast, cheap, and large portions... Food is pretty standard local Chinese food not bad but not great... The egg rolls are large and good. Chief specials is plenty for 2 people but could honestly feed 4 with another order of rice. Best bang for the buck in the area if you don't want pizza. Enjoyed the general tso with pork rice... Spicy and sweet, chicken was a little chewy but that's typical for Chinese around here.

Absolutely Amazing!!! The Egg rolls remind me of Back Home in Connecticut....Sooooo Good!!! Lo Mein was on Point... I asked for Hot and Spicy without seeds!!! It was made to perfection!!! The Lady that Greeted me was So Nice!!! I will definitely be going back!!!

Delicious food, large portions and super friendly! They have a lot of "regular customers" ... which says something. I always feel welcome as soon as I walk in and am always thanked for my order. One of my favorite places to eat.

The food here is delicious!! Generous portions and served hot and fresh. You get duck sauce and chips as an appetizer. The egg rolls are huge and crispy.

I've been twice now, and I've been very impressed each time. Orders are always accurate, prices are great (especially for the lunch specials), large portions, and friendly staff. See my picture of the Kung Po Shrimp, it was delicious! It also came with a cup of wonton soup, which had the best tasting won tons I have ever had. I've gotten mine to-go each time, but the restaurant seems very clean when I've been in. I would highly recommend this place.

Best Chinese food I've eaten in a long time! The owner is so friendly and you can tell she puts love into all of the food she prepared!! I will be a life long customer!! The egg rolls are to die for!!!! Never had a meal from there we didn't like!!

My husband and I LOVE it here. It's our favorite Chinese food restaurant. We live out of town, but every time we visit family in the area, we make sure to stop here at least once!

I have been going to this restaurant off and on for the last 10 years. I went today and as usual the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the steak and scallop hibachi.. it comes with fried rice and soup.. i also ordered a side of egg roll and crab wontons.. hands down the best egg roll in NC. Grateful for this restaurants consistency in good food and kindness.

Had 2 irders of sesame chicken and 1 order of cream cheese sushi and 1 order of salmon sushi. They served us those crunchy chip things with some sweet dipping sauce. The food was plentiful and the sushi was great! All that for 29 bucks. We will be going back there when we want chinese!

I only have done take out here but many times. The portions are huge, the prices are reasonable & the food is DELICIOUS. My go to dish is shrimp with lobster sauce 😋

The food is excellent here! We are repeat customers and they deliver each time. Best if eaten there, while hot and fresh!

We ordered take out. Fast service! Great food! We had sesame chicken, excellent; chicken Chow mein, yummy; fried rice, Delicious; Chinese donuts, wonderful; and spring rolls, good (but didn’t quite measure up to the ones at the Chinese restaurant in Kenton Place in Cornelius), but still good. Wish we lived closer! Would eat there daily!

I definitely recommend this place for a quick and easy dinner. Food was good, prices were great, service was quick. My family and I really loved the chicken lo mein, egg rolls, and cream cheese roll!

I think some people rate the quality of food by the quantity they get with their order. At the Rice Bowl, in Denver NC, the quality of the food is excellent and you get a lot for your money. The employees are always friendly and that place is always clean. The kitchen is in plain sight so nothing to hide. I can never really understand the nice lady who takes my order so we just smile at each other and I do my best to place my order and she always gets it right. They now have a phone app to place orders. This place is the next town over from where I live, but it's worth the drive.

There portion are really big and there food has a lot of flavor and it a mama and pops type place the inside is very clear but it is small though so you can't fit like 6 or large at one table

Came here to eat after a power lifting competition. The food was delicious and the manager was extremely nice, constantly checking on us and making sure everything was good. Definitely recommend.
