Excellent customer service from Steve Collins of Mr. Electric. Very professional with communication and very timely service. I would highly recommend this company as a first time user!

I needed a fan installed on my back porch and new light fixtures hung. Both were scheduled and installed within a week!

Professional electricians! I called them to install an outlet for a bathroom remodel. They were the second quote we received after the first quote seemed too high. Mr Electric was $200 cheaper than a competitor for the same work. They completed the work on the same day after I accepted the quote. We are really impressed with the quality of work and Mark was great to work with. I definitely recommend the company.

We are confident that our home is safer thanks to the help of Steve Coogan and Diaundre Wilson’s work of restoring new and safer circuits for us. Steve originally came to inspect our situation (dangerous installations from previous owners) where power was becoming a safety issue for us. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. We felt safe with him in our home and that he had our best interests at heart.

The 2 came today and did such an amazing job. We were so impressed that we ordered more work to be done.

Steve arrived on time and was very professional. He discussed the cost for performing a diagnostic to obtain my consent. Upon completion of the diagnostic, Steve presented me with two options to remedy the situation and the cost for each option. I am very satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to use Mr. Electric in the future. The work performed was excellent and the cost was reasonable.

The Mr Electric team helped me out recently with an emergency power outage. The made it on site quickly and were very knowledgeable / communicative. Highly recommend this team for your electrical needs.

Steve was very nice and he listened to what I had to say about what thought the problem might be. He verified what I had suggested and promptly fixed what I had wired wrong and got my outlets up and running in less than 30 minutes. Great job and very quick response. Thanks again.

Definitely the best experience I have ever had with contracting out a company to do work on my house. I had Mr Electric install a Tesla charger for home use. Mark was so thoughtful and professional. He spent time explaining everything to me, let me ask questions, and offered me a solution that would use my existing set up. Balex also came out but told me I needed an entirely new 200A panel, which Mr Electric confirmed was just not true. Balex quoted me $3k more than what I cost Mr Electric to do this job. Hands down the best electricians I have ever worked with! Thank you Mr Electric!!

Had a breaker go bad the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Called a bunch of other companies who couldn’t get to us til after Thanksgiving. Called Mr. Electric explained the situation and he said we can get out to you don’t worry. Kenny came out within a couple of hours replaced the breaker then checked some other stuff to make sure everything was good. Thank you Mr. Electric for being understanding and getting to us quick!
