The food has been just ok the past times we have visited but it was very good tonight, and the Brownie Cupfection was great (had once before and for some reason it was not nearly as good). The service is what stood out. The ice cream came out quick and for the first time in my 30 years we had an employee (manager maybe?) check on us to make sure everything was going well with our visit. He went to each table to check and it was fairly busy. It was also very clean and everything was well stocked at the table. The employees working tonight we’re definitely on top of their game.

I stopped at the DQ in Denver a couple of times this week. The first time my order was cleared without being filled and the manager realized what happened before I did. His name was Alston and he got my order out right away, told me what happened, apologized and gave me a coupon for a free meal. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OMG!! I have not seen this since before COVID! I do not have the heart to use the coupon. I felt like I counted. I have worked in a couple of restaurants in the past and this is how I treated my customers! Today so many young people act like they are doing me a favor to wait on me.
I have been to restaurants who tour their customer service only to find them severely lacking.
This evening the young man behind the register could not have been more polite. He was focused on my order, nothing else. This is proof that there is hope for the future. These are the type of people I look to hire within my organization. Maybe one of these young people will choose engineering and sit before me one day.

Go there for the blizzards but they need to do a better job blending them. But still very awesome blizzards!! This is my local DQ and the customer service is great. When school is really popular with the kids, they chill and have fun.

Whoever made our blizzards tonight (October 15th) is an artist. Way to go, keep up the amazing work!

I have been getting the same kind of ice cream since I was a little kid. Still taste the same, (which is great ). Glad to see Dairy Queen hire young folks to give them a chance to get experience at an honest job.

I've been to this location a few times, and I have to say that every time I've gone to eat inside with my kids, the staff is amazing. They are so helpful, and polite, they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The last time I went in, the employee who worked the register has checked on us twice to see if we needed anything and even helped the kids rip the coupons off their kids meal bags so they could get free ice cream the next time we were in the area.
I have found that everytime I go out to eat lately, whether it be a fast food place, or a sit down restaurant, it's hard to find pleasant people, so it's very refreshing the staff here is making such a huge effort to make your dining experience a good one.

They have fast service! For the quality, their food and ice cream dishes are fairly priced. I visit for a quick meal as well as only shakes. If a flavor is not listed on the board, just ask. If they have the ingredients, they will make it for you.

Our church family flocks here on many Sunday nights after service! We always experience excellent service and delicious food inside a clean and welcoming atmosphere! We love this place!

Always great.. on this particular occasion though the car ahead of me had a huge order, all I wanted was an ice cream cone and it took a good 10 minutes. Not sure why they don't do like other fast foods and make that car pull up so that other people can get their stuff??

Just ate here couple hours ago! Absolutely the best food, as this is our go to place when driving over from Mooresville. Got hooked on their food couple years ago. Wish we could pack up the whole restaurant and bring it over to Mooresville. Nothing in this town can come close to the quality and caliber of this place. Love it and can't get enough of it. Consistently wonderful food and in a timely manner and HOT! Appreciate the work folks!

SO THANKFUL that we FINALLY got a YUMMY Dairy Queen closer to our home - FINALLY!! Plus, the food - as well as the AMAZING sweet treats, was all very well prepped n served! Plus all the smiles at the drive thru & all along food line we could see were so bright, looking like each were enjoying their jobs very much - this points toward a very well managed facility...more thanks n appreciation!!

Food was great! Way better than any other fast food I've had in a long time. Staff was very fast to serve and the food was hot. Hayden was especially nice and very friendly to our crew. Ill never eat at another fast food place while I'm in town for work.

It's what you would expect from a newer version of dairy Queen. They always get the orders right. The kids behind the counter are helpful.

My new fast food go to! They have rotisserie style grilled chicken strips! My T1D 6yr old loved them! DQ for the win!

Kids love going here for the blizzards and having them served upside down. Nice to have a Dairy Queen in the town. We do enjoy their ice cream and cheeseburgers. The older boys tend to go there with friends also as a place to chill out and get shakes etc.

Love their ice cream. Asked if the had a senior discount and employee shook his head, verbal response would have been nice
