Seriously awesome place and people! Found this vape store when I moved to bethany, ended up moving about 15 mins away about 2 years ago. Still been my one and only vape store since. Good prices. Good people. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable for any questions + the few times ove had problems they are so quick to fix them for me and make it right!

I had a great conversation. I was asked what my preferences where about flavors, and from there or was recommended that I try Nerds. It is great. At first wasn't too sure, but glad I gave it a chance.

They have military/first responder discounts as well as teacher and student discounts. That's awesome in my book.

Different products where also recommended that I try. I wasn't ever pressured into buying something. They where just simply suggestions.

I bought a mod a falcon beak for almost 60.00 dollars and within 8 days had to take to exchange and the one I got as replacement broke too. It is frustrating about the mod. I like the people that work there. Very nice and very helpful and I tried a juice called man's best friend sooooo good.
Okay so u went back to exchange the mod and the owner was very nice and even for the trouble of having 2 mods go wonky on me even let me upgrade it to a little better model. Which was appreciated. Not their fault that for some reason 2 of the falcon horizon went bad. And the key lime pie house juice VERY good.

Gotta love simplicity. These guys in the last 5 years have never failed to provide me with what I need every single time I walk through the door. And each time I feel like I know a little more about the products and how they work. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

I enjoyed the girl that served my husband and me. She was friendly, had excellent customer service skills, and showed alot of knowledge about the products. Prices is convenient. This will be my only place I will be using for all my vaping needs. Thank you Black Dog.

Black dog capes has always been my go to shop for all my vape services. Selena is wonderful at customer service and the whole team is amazing! Professional and ALWAYS abides by the law, carding when necessary. It is an important habit as people do not always look their age. I would give 10 stars if possible. The woman that helped me was super nice and very helpful and it looked like they had quite a few different mods and tanks but I only went for juice and they had the juice I was looking for and even tried a new one
