The pharmacy staff is wonderful. The pharmacist, Braxton, is very helpful, kind and understanding. He has gone above and beyond to make sure my medications are the brand that works for me. The technicians have been very kind and pleasant every time I go in. I was happy to see that the pharmacy staff from the store that closed on NW 23rd and Meridian are now here. Your excellent service doesn’t go unnoticed. I thank you all!

I've been going to this CVS for 20 to 25 years, maybe even longer, even back when it was Eckerd's. They've never failed to be kind, considerate, helpful, and as fast as possible at getting my prescriptions ready for me. If looking for something in the store, that I've not been able to locate on my own, they've always asked if they could help me find it and most of the time have found it for me. After seeing a lot of negative reviews, I had to leave my positive review because I find nothing negative about this store.

I have been going to CVS for years after Walgreens let me down in a BIG WAY. I love CVS. They are accommodating and friendly. However it seems the pharmacists are so busy filling prescriptions, there is a feeling that they are too busy to provide good service when checking out. Although this can be a little aggravating, it doesn't stop me from going to CVS for my prescription needs. I have never been given wrong medication. They always tell me about options costs; 3 months vs 1 month supply which goes a long way with me. The only real issue I have is the new pharmacy hours. I understand how 24/7 hours were a bit extreme but closing at 6:00 pm on weekends is too early. I feel they should AT LEAST stay open until 8:00 pm, and 10:00 pm would be even better. Other than this time issue, I have no complaints with "my" CVS.

I love this CVS. Any CVS has always been way more pleasant than Walgreens. They are typically always sweet and helpful. But I've shared actual conversation with ladies that work here and I appreciate their kind, helpful attitudes. When I saw their rating was so low I decided to leave a positive review. If you think your experiences filling your prescriptions are so bad, you people need to visit a Walgreens!! Then you might appreciate them a lot more.

I find this cvs the best one I've been coming here for years and have no complaints at the moment the pharmacy is the best caring and warm makes me feel like family

No problems this time around

I’ve been using them for over 15 yrs, they’ve been just fine as far as customer services. Sometimes there is a wait but they’re good at getting meds to me ASAP. I’ve really enjoyed the staff that has been there the last 3-4 years. I couldn’t ask for anyone that’s better. ☺

I forgot to get her name. But she is the cert np in the clinic part.. she was amazing!! So friendly and nice. It was what i needed on a stressful day!!

This pharmacy is always very helpful. They give a heads-up when a script is going to be expensive which is very much appreciated!!!
