My wife and I were on vacation headed to Wyoming. We were just North of Boise City Ok and a leaf spring broke on my fifth wheel. We were practically in the middle of nowhere. I made several calls and on the third call, looking for help, I spoke with Mr Robert with Roadrunner. He was able to initiate the process to get us back on the road. Mr Lorin with Roadrunner came out to inspect the issue. Long story short, Mr Lorin was able not only to replace one set but all four sets of leaf springs and get us back on the road. We are so thankful to these men and Roadrunner for helping us out. We feel they went above and beyond to help two stranded people that they didn't know to get back to our travels. What a blessing they were to us. I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of service.

I was traveling north bound, 287 North, about 50 miles out of Colorado headed to Seattle Washington. Air tank on driver side had a busted line due to a huge piece of Frozen ice. Justin came out, got me taken care of quickly and I was back on the road. Courteous, friendly, prompt. Can't as for anything more. I highly recommend them.

Had an unexpected breakdown in the area, Brittany was awesome, she gave me the number for a very reasonable towing company. Robert was nice, polite, and answered all my questions. Jimmy is one of the best mechanics that has ever worked on my truck. Overall under the circumstances it was a great experience. I highly recommend their services!

I've had to call on these guys twice in span of 5 days. Both times the response time and services provided were top notch! Justin came out on both calls and dude is super cool and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond both times. On the first call it was 230am and he was on-site and done within an hr! Second call was right after very bad snow storm, Brandie kept me up to date on eta every 15-20 min. When Justin got there, he diagnosed the problem and also caught a couple smaller problems and fixed them up as well. I highly recommend this company and if you get Justin on your call, you've struck gold. Thanks Justin and Brandie, you've cast a very bright light on your company, and in my mind , a huge shadow over all others.

Justin came out to Colorado to repair my trailer, he was prompt and efficient. His demeanor was very professional. He had me back on the road quickly, considering the work that had to be done. I would recommend this shop.

Justin came on in the middle of the night at 2:45 am. Called before he got there to alert me and went to work immediately. I had low voltage and needed prime on filter. He took care of me in less than thirty minutes. Was nice professional and fast. They came out to truck in less than the two hour wait time.

Everyone I met at this place was pleasant, and helpful.i was passing thru " no man's land" and I needed a repair on my car.They squeezed me in and they helped me get back on the road to my destination.They helped me with my car when they're a truck repair company.Ontop of all that I was reasonably charged. This spot is a gem, cheap and fast. Justin the mechanic was great cool dude and knew what he was doing. If I was close I'd always come by to get my truck fix... if you are in the area and need work come here ask for Justin trust me he will not let u down... great establishment all around great work here!!!

Thanksgiving morning, as we were pulling our camper through northwest Oklahoma, our camping trailer had a flat tire. We have road service insurance for the camper so my first call was to them but they said they had no service providers in the area that would work on Thanksgiving. I was only a few miles west of Boise City so I did a google search for road service in the area and found this company. Such a stroke of luck as everyone in the company that I met were extremely kind and helpful. Brandie answered the phone when I called and was careful to get my exact location. The service provider Lorin arrived quickly and soon discovered the cause of my flat tire was a broken leaf spring. He made a temporary repair and slowly escorted us to the shop. As it was Thanksgiving weekend, the parts for a permanent repair would not be available until Monday so he allowed us to park and stay in the camper until Monday. Once they received the parts, the technician Jimmie was able to do the repair quickly and we were back on the road Monday afternoon.

I am very pleased with the service that I received. It took him less than 15 minutes to come to my truck's location and 30 minutes to get everything done. Very professional and Reasonable price. Great Service!!!

Had a leaking brake chamber on my trailer in cactus, tx. Justin came out late at night and fixed it. He was polite professional and quick had the right parts and had me back on the road fast.

There aren’t enough good things I could say about Robert with Roadrunner Truck Service. When my truck needed to be serviced, he had Jimmy come in on a Sunday to get the job done. Not only was he efficient, but went above and beyond to restore some belief in humanity again.

If you’re in the area and need help, speaking from the service industry, you will not find a better service than Roberts, his business and practice is second to none! Highly recommended and I’ll bank on it

I wish places like ROADRUNNER truck service had a location everywhere had a fuel leak called 1 mechanic and he gave me there information they are top notch service and they don't try to over charge if u ever in the area have issues I would highly recommend ROADRUNNER truck service thank you
