Longhorn Motel

I stayed here for one night, while I was driving across the country in a moving truck. I do understand that this is not a 5* rated motel, but my ratings are based on my own personal experience.
The Longhorn Mote is located right along my driving route and it was priced very well. The room was clean and didn't have any strange or unpleasant odor. It had a comfortable bed with 2 pillows. The lady at front office was polite and helpful.

A long drive ended at the Longhorn Motel, which was a great experience! Quick check in process, and the person behind the desk was nice! The room looked like a room, with a bed that looked and felt like a bed, a bathroom that reminded me of other porcelain palaces I have visited before, plus it had free coffee in the lobby! Something I have never seen before (usually it is in the room). I appreciated the novelty, and I even got to talk to the front desk person for a little. If you are nearby looking for accommodation, stop by!

I stayed in this motel last weekend for a 4 day weekend trip to Black Mesa and Comanche National Grassland. The motel and Boise City are close by and provide a convenient place to stay and rest when visiting these attractions.

The room provided everything that I needed for my weekend visit -- a comfortable bed, a bathroom, and fridge / microwave at an excellent price.

Although this motel is an older property, the room interiors do not show their age. The rooms have been recently painted and the carpeting is new.

The motel is conveniently close to the various downtown restaurants in Boise City. And if you arrive late after the town's restaurants close, there is a Love's truck stop / convenience store right next to the motel where you can get a late-night snack.

If I were traveling to Western Oklahoma again, I would stay in the Longhorn Motel again.

Perfect room.

I reserved on line. Check in was old school . I filled out the three inch form. Have your tag number ready.

All rooms are one story on the parking lot. The door lock has a modern key tap type.

The room was perfect. The walls looked fresh painted. The carpet looked new. The bed was very nice.

The sheets and towels were of a good quality. The furniture looked great. The AC was cold fast.

The TV was connected to a direct TV hotel package.

This is our third stay. There will be more.

Old type hotel with a vintage look, the office is open 24hrs and was a breeze to book a room traveling from Texas to South Dakota. Quiet town with great customer service. Great price. Would reccomended staying the night if you need to get off the road and rest!!!

Pretty cool little place The bedspreads are pretty colorful lol looks like someone ate a bag of Skittles and then threw up but other than that very nice place to stay for the price great for truckers

Clean and better than the rest of the hotels I stayed in during my stay from Denver to Corpus Christi. I got stuck in Oklahoma, and I'm so glad I chose this place vs the other hotel in town they cleaned the room every day, making sure there were clean towels, sheets, etc.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the gorgeous woman at the counter was there late at night to check me in.

After driving 12 hours, this place was all I needed. Clean, Quiet ( even though it’s next to Loves truck stop which is also a bonus) very pleasant welcoming staff, Animal friendly. If your traveling on 56 through Boise City, Ok & need a place to rest your head, this is the place.

Loved the ease of getting to it and parking for my 22 foot truck and 12 foot trailer. Also was dog friendly! Nice safe spot to rest your head. Got a Loves station and dollar general with in walking distance!

For a small town motel and the size of the motel itself, It was a nice place, with excellent service. The room was very clean, very well set up and extremely nice for such a small motel. The service was excellent and quick.

Myself, my husband, a 13yr old, 3 dogs, and 4 ducks were traveling back south when our truck broke down; we found the Longhorn Motel. Anyone knows when traveling with animals how hard it is to find a place let alone one with reasonable rates. Our stay at the Longhorn was wonderful, we were able to rest, bring our dogs out, the staff was very welcoming, they have a Loves travel center right next door and a Dairy Queen right up the street.

Going across the country, your options are limited in many places. The add in 3 pets?
This place is clean. Slept fine. If you need a place to stop, this is a great option.

Nice and clean little motel. Pet friendly. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We slept great.

Comfortable beds, there was a microwave and the rooms where big, there is also a fridge in each room, I would recommend this motel to anyone having to stay the night

Second stay, as good as the first. Super clean, comfy king bed, staff friendly even at midnight. We'll see you again, Longhorn.
