The entire staff is very kind and caring, paying careful attention to all needs. Dr. Kyle Judkins is absolutely WONDERFUL!

Took my mother-in-law, Betty Miles, to see Mallory Callins, PA. Mallory really took her time looking at mom's health history over the last couple of years and addressed all of our concerns. She was very thorough and took her time. She is by far mom's (and mine) favorite PA she has seen. And it's very apparent that Mallory actually cares about her patients. Thank you Mallory Callins, PA!!

Great office staff and attentive doctors! Dr. Stroud is very caring and takes time with each of her patients. I've never had to wait overly long or had any billing issues with this location. The nurses and doctors are both awesome and go out of their way to show care to their patients.

My visit was very pleasant! Staff was very welcoming and kind, and my needs going into my first appointment were met!

I have attended this clinic for years! I see Dr Hopkins, great Physician. I never have had a problem.

Caring staff, always get in a reasonable amount of time.

Signed up for the hold your spot for the walk-in clinic. Got there 15 minutes before my appt like they said to. Sat there and waited for 35 minutes before I got checked in and there were only 3 names before mine. Then it was another 20 minutes before they called me back. So don’t try and schedule to hold a spot, they just go in order that people sign in. Just walk-in and be prepared to wait.

I always have to wait at least 30min-1hr in the exam room to see the actual doctor. Not a fan of the wait time but I do enjoy the service.

Didn’t tell me I had a hairline fracture in my ankle, and another time told me to stay off of my left leg for two weeks and a day later they told me I could walk on it whenever I want to, did not offer to show me my X-ray

This office doesn't communicate. I had 3 phone calls in one day. The last one, they told me I had to come in the next day, or wait 2 weeks. I canceled work and showed up. They canceled the appt they called and told me I had to show up to. Why is it so hard to just get healthcare?

Was trying to get treated today while they rudely fumbled with televisit. Taking my insurance money elsewhere. Was supposed to visit Brandy Vermillion. Waited 30 minutes to be treated like I was the problem.
