I visit this store at least every other morning. Russ is always there to greet me. He is soft-spoken and kind. It's a shame he has to stay at least 1 hr over his shift (that ends at 6 am) on most days. The incoming manager is constantly running late. This will kill employee morale fast. Good customer service workers are hard to find, and surely you don't want to lose an employee like Russ.
Let's be respectful of his time and the effort he puts forth to do his job with a smile.

Like lot of the other locations. Quality has been going down for awhile. This particular one is very dirty and our if lids for drinks plus a few of them out of order.

I've been going to this 711 for over 20 years. It was always a good one. Until recently they, got a new manager. She is the worst! They are always out of all kinds of products. And worse. She just stands around not helping anybody! Even after complaining, and listening to her sorry excuses nothing has changed.

You guys are the true neighborhood gas station. You have invested millions trying to compete with Oncue; however, spending money to build bigger stores was not the answer. Cleanliness and customer service is. The 7/11 I was in this morning was a newer store but was filthy dirty. Coffee areas haven’t been cleaned in what looks like weeks. I love my 7/11 but you got to do better.

Female that was working at 6:20pm Sat Aug 27th was on her phone while the line piled up. A feel bad for her co workers and the owners. Other than that pretty great employees and store.

You can tell 7-11 has moved to a corporate ran business. I blame every issue that is currently plaguing this business, on upper management. The employees working in the stores have no interest in anything that resembles professionalism. The stores are in disarray, and nobody cares. I really hope someone with any clue how to make a change sees the picture I posted. I own my own business, and if I had the lack of attention from my employees to allow something like this to go un noticed, I would be LIVID!!! I avoid 7-11 at all costs now. Casey’s, and oncue will be my go to until QT moves into OKC.

The police at 7:11 conspired together to fire a great employee as soon as Casey's Opens in the morning I will never return to this location
