David Behrens Gallery

David is a friend and brother. David is a great artist and a very friendly person. I have one of his paintings in my home and plan to get more. I highly recommend anyone visiting Albuquerque to visit David's Gallery.

I was thrilled to meet an artist whose work I've admired for many years. We had a great conversation about history and how it is interpreted through our own experiences and backgrounds. He is gracious and knowledgeable. His shop also carries items from other local artists, so shopping was fun. Buying signed prints from him was a highlight of my first visit to Albuquerque.

Loved this place. Got my zia sun big version metal art here. They also have chocolates and plenty of art.

I was visiting the gallery with my two daughters who had driven all the way from Lincoln, Nebraska to see the sights in New Mexico and celebrate my birthday. David was a charming and informative host, and we were impressed by his talent, his gallery,

David has a beautiful shop. He is a talented and skilled artist. My husband and I enjoyed speaking with him and appreciated his willingness to share stories and his knowledge!

This gentleman is not only an artist but a new mexico historian. With a strong background of native indigenous culture. My wife and I visit his gallery during the holidays because of his warmth and spirit. Happy Holidays David.

Stopped in here with my husband while being a tourist in Old Town - it was definitely worth the time. David is a super kind, down-to-earth dude who is really passionate about the area and the art he creates and curates in his gallery. We found some great pieces to take home - some his own, others from other local artists - and he was kind enough to sign a postcard for us to keep with the pieces we bought. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Spent an afternoon in Old Town Albuquerque and stumbled upon this gallery. I peeped in and recognized the artwork. Very pleased to meet David and his wife. Beautiful gallery, fabulous artwork. Both were very very nice. We purchased a piece of artwork which he graciously signed. Made for a very memorable day on our vacation.

Fantastic American Indian artist. David's gallery Painted Sky is located in Old Town Albuquerque, New Mexico. Hope to visit someday soon. Very nice man to speak to and his shirts are very detailed.

I love this gallery ! I visit it every time I go to New Mexico ! The owner David Behrens, is so kind and gracious every time I see him ! His Native American paintings are absolutely amazing ! Definitely worth stopping in for affordable gifts and beautiful art !
