Nine Mile Mobile Home

This is a nice park and Ms. Brenda goes above and beyond for everyone here and the place is kept up well. Just heard she was leaving which really is sad to see because she did such an amazing job and she went out of her way for everyone here. Hope they find someone like her that really cares and wants to help and make the place nice. Thanks for everything you’ve done for this place!

Very nice park. Manager is super friendly, she laid it out perfectly in explaining to us what they are trying to build as a community. She showed us around, showed us a picture of the park. They have mobile home lots available as well. Yes, most of the mobile homes are old, they definitely can be fixed up very nicely.

We have been here for a little over a year. Brenda is amazing,helpful, and friendly. My kids really enjoy all the new friends they have made here.

The park manager and her husband are super friendly. Such a great place to live with room in between each mobile home to have your own yard. Great community coming soon.

Don’t buy a trailer from 9mile mhp they have had people record us nothing gets fixed they will pick u to death and the lady is a liberal and trying to run the park off California laws that alone is enough said

Went here to buy a truck from someone. Looked pretty rough and the landlord had signs posted all around the entrance that said "DONT FORGET YOUR RENT." Kind of degrading if you ask me. I wouldn't want to rent from them.

They don't call people back.
