It was actually really good had my appointment at 9 am arrived at midnight told to come back, park by the street came back at 7 am and was out by 8:10 which was great

If you're coming the night before your appointment park park on the straight away before the round about. And if your appointment is at 6 AM come up to the guard shack around 530 so they can get you a door. You're fine to sleep there nobody's going to message you this is a safe place for people who have delivery the next morning.

we have appt for 11:00AM, arrived @10:00,loaded @10:50 am, fast loading

We had good experience here ! On a door right for the appointment at 10 am out at 11.30 am . 24 pallets -400 cases

Check in 7.15 am check out 8.45 good times good place!!!

Everyone who is posting a negative comment are the people who had the loads that needed to be counted. If your load is the one that needs to be counted piece by piece it's going to take 6 to 10 hours.. if you have a consolidated load which they just have to unload without counting then it's only 2 hours. I was out in 2 hours. 6am appointment, out at 8am

As a truck driver this location is terrible service. They have you dock on the door early and have you sit there for at least four or five hours after you make it to your appointment on time. If you have a next low for appointment, they will purposely make you miss your next appointment and then it have you wait another two hours for them to finish filling out your paperwork.

I do not even give reviews but i felt the need to ,
1 i arrived at 5:30am & it’s going on 12pm still not done ,
2 they don’t care about your time they just went on break: & lunch break without finishing unloading ,
3. the lumper fee’s is outrageous 340$ for them to do such a poorly job
4 .I highly recommend do not take A Load coming to this location unless you want to just be sitting here for hours & hours & no exaggeration!!

6 guys watched me unload my truck and then the manager asked for lumper fee. $135 for watching

Takes forever to get unloaded. there's lumper fees. Told them I was charging detention pay they said they wouldn't pay it told them I wouldn't be back! Drivers can't make money when they have to set all day.

Joke!!! Big waste of time. I won't be taking no more loads going to this place! Estimated time to get unloaded at the guard shack was 4 hours or longer then they charge my company $315 lumber fee to unload me while wasting valuable time on my clock

0600 appt. Checked in at 0530. It's 1317 and still waiting to be unloaded. They will let you park on the side before the roundabout. Absolutely crazy how long they take to unload.
