I purchased a gas tank and other items from the OEMcycles website. Shipping (ground) to Canada took 3-4 weeks.

I ordered a seat for my Road King from them, the product came promptly and was in great shape. Unfortunitly it wasn't the proper fitment for my bike...

When I found the error, I contacted OEM Cycle for a return (cross boarder) and they set up a return and replacement within an hour. This level of customer service goes a long way for me.

Ordered a helmet color which was sold out in many places and I kept encountering wrong orders with other suppliers. They kindly assisted to check that the color was correct before shipping, and the item arrived in half the estimated time! I called and spoke to a employee ( I didn't catch his name ) and he was very helpful and took his time looking stuff up for me and didn't seemed bothered by any question I had. I was giving plenty of options on how to pay and if I wanted to use Amazon E Bay or order right though them. After I placed the order he followed up with an email letting me know it just shipped. I had a very good experience and the prices are some of the best I have found. I was a bit nervous because there Google star rating wasn't the best but I am glad I gave them a shot. I ordered side plates for my bike after them being specified for my bike on eBay. They didn't fit as they were for a 2008 and mine was a 2005. I called and they express shipped the right ones to me for a race in 2 days at no charge to me. Apparently eBay has its own sizing chart that was incorrect
