Adele did a great job helping us to pick out a bed and arranging it for a quick delivery. She has great product knowledge, a fun personality and is very competent - nice to work with! Our bed arrives tomorrow so we hope that goes well and that we really like it.

Customer care was wonderful. I was greeted and allowed to express my opinions without being focused in one direction. After trying out several mattresses, I found the one I wanted and bought it. I must say that the purchasing process was made extremely difficult by the self limiting Apple pay process. Anything over $500 was not accepted. That’s incredibly stupid for a business that has items pricier than $500. But it was well taken care of. The mattress should be delivered tomorrow and hopefully that process will be As smooth as the purchase was

I recently needed to replace our guest room's mattress. Having purchased from Mattress Firm in the past, I returned without hesitation.

Nate, the Sales Representative, was attentive to my preferences while also providing his expertise in their large selection. Nate was assisting several customers at the same time and giftedly made each of us feel we had his undivided attention.

Mattress Firms prices, guarantees and warranties are excellent. As well as their efficiency in their automated delivery schedule messaging.

I am more than pleased with the mattress I purchased. Its comfort level and construction surpassed my expectations.

Very helpful service from the manager and staff. They answered lots of questions and explained features of the mattresses but were not pushy. Good selection that covers a broad range of brands and price range. I came back multiple times to try different mattresses to see if they were comfortable. I was greated each time. Great to be able to personally try out mattresses in a store.

Jenna was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She let me take my time and was only interested in my satisfaction. She was very personable as well. Wish all sales people could be as good as she was.

Great experience. Jenna walked us through the selection process in a way that didn't feel like high pressure sales. She just stepped through options based on how we prefer to sleep and kept the needs of both my spouse and I in mind. In the end I think we selected a bed that will really help us get a good nights sleep.

Jenna was wonderfully patient, asking questions about our likes and dislikes and showing us product accordingly. Her knowledge and the stores great selection made choosing a bed that was right for us easy. Thank you!!

Simply put an outstanding experience, in part due to the nice inventory and presentation of mattresses and other items, but even more so due to the expertise and above and beyond customer service of Christopher the assistant manager who worked with us. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with a salesperson of any kind in years, probably decades. Christopher knows his mattresses inside and out, works to understand what you as the customer are after, and helps you get there, courteously and without any high pressure tactics whatsoever. Trust me, ask for him by name - you will not be disappointed!

As soon as my husband and I walked in the we were greeted with a friendly welcome by associate Chris in the Woodland, CA store. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining and answering all of our questions. I was very impressed with his knowledge. I had just walked out of another mattress store across the way and my greeting there was not welcoming at all. I told my husband that this other place is not getting our business. I am so glad we decided to check Mattress Firm out. Thanks to Chris and his friendliness and patience.
