Jason and his crew with Sky Manor were exceptional! Everything was delivered on time, the crew was professional and kind. Initially, we did a walk around the home and they insisted on moving items for me that would potentially get damaged. They laid out a barrier around the whole house and I have yet to find a nail, piece of the roof, or anything left behind. I emphasize this because I have noticed that other roofing companies in my neighborhood have their tarp loosely wrapped around the home and only a few feet out. Jason and his crew had it neatly laid out and several feet out to catch potential debris.

I was given an itinerary of when to expect the delivery, the crew to show up, what was going to be done and what was happening afterwards-they took care of everything! I cannot tell you how helpful this was given that I have a toddler, a job, just moved into a new house within the past year and had a lot on my plate.
During the day of the project, my daughter and I would come and go and the crew would stop the project, come to the porch and escort my daughter and I in and out of the house. They would not resume until we were well off the property. Never did they seem annoyed or inconvenienced, but would ask what I thought and if I was happy with the way things were going? At one point, Jason offered to bring my dog outside with him in fear that the noise would be too much. How sweet is that?

You can tell this company and crew are a well oiled machine. They have Jason to organize and oversee the whole project, he never left the site, provided breakfast, coffee and water for his crew, and stood outside the whole time. He then has a leader of his crew, Martin, who manages the crew and keeps it moving. Never did I see them stop working.They come in, got the job done RIGHT the first time, cleaned up everything, took care of the permit through the city/county and contacted our insurance company. I was never asked to take care of anything.

Given that I have just moved into a new house in the past year and have worked with many contractors to fix mistakes, I have never had someone come in where I didn't have to do anything, follow-up regarding a mistake, etc. I only say this because Jason and his crew were the first group to get it done RIGHT the FIRST time and it was so refreshing. Not to mention, I never thought I would be excited about a roof, but it looks beautiful and really changed the look of my home.

Dustin and his team were the best to work with. They provided a clear explanation of the roofing process, the insurance claim, how things would progress, and also assisted us with seeking painters, screening and window vendors from our hail damage. Our insurance claim payments weren't adding up, and Dustin was available to walk through their estimate, the payments we had received to find that we were still owed money from our insurance company. We are very happy with our experience with Sky Manor Roofing. In a rush of roofers that descended upon us after a mild storm, Sky Manor was honest and unlike the the majority of inspectors stating that the roof wasn't that bad. I decided to save their business card and when we did get hit by two days of heavy hail storms, I called them immediately. Once again they were honest, expedient in getting the job done and went the extra mile to ensure that all the damage was covered by our insurance. They fixed the damage properly and then made sure we were happy with the results. In a day and age where profit is the only driving factor, it was a pleasure dealing with a company that treated us as more than just a means to their profit. Sky Manor treated us professionally and with compassion. I am very appreciative that they alleviated our stress and did not add to it by pushing for a quick profit and a job that lacked quality. Hope I don't have to use them again any time soon, but I highly recommend them if you need someone.

Sky Manor Roofing and namely Charles Durbin were outstanding! Charles quickly came out and provided an estimate and discussed the details with us. We filed a claim with our insurance company and Charles was there every step of the way. He provided whatever the insurance company required and assured us that we would only owe our deductible. Charles was able to order the materials and start the work within two weeks of the claim being approved. Half of the $$ was due up front and the other half plus any supplemental was due after the job was completed. Charles worked with our town to secure permits and inspections and did a fantastic job on the roof. When it rained a couple of weeks later and one small gutter was missing a seal and was leaking, he came out the next day and fixed it! Their warranty is amazing and they honor their workmanship. Charles will fight for you with the insurance company, is very knowledgeable and does outstanding work. I highly recommend Sky Manor Roofing!

Our roof was definitely in need of replacement. As our insurance agent said, it was probably 10 years overdue. Charles with Sky Manor made the entire process easy, and worked out all of the details with our insurance company. When it came time for the install, they were quick, professional and paid attention to every detail. All of the old shake was hauled cleanly away, and the new F-Wave shingles were expertly installed and look great! I am waiting for our first hail storm so that we can really test them out. Not really, but here in Colorado, it's probably inevitable. Bottom line, we 100% recommend Charles, Sky Manor and F-wave shingles. They are professional and will treat you right.

Navigating the insurance claims process is tricky and confusing. I appreciated Chuck from Sky Manor being present when our adjuster came out to survey the damage. Chuck was very detailed and an advocate for the work that needed to be done.
Dustin was very helpful in coordinating and processing all the insurance paperwork. He was also an advocate to get more of the repairs covered by insurance.
The teams that completed the work were great - on time, took great care with the clean up efforts.

Great roofing company. The principal of this company has replaced hail-damaged roofs for me on three different houses in Colorado, in 2013, 2019, and 2023. The roofing crew was very efficient, completing our job within 8 hours. The clean up following was complete, all debris removed with no damage to surrounding shrubs. The crew foreman spoke with us to say they were leaving and if we had any questions or problems to let them know.
