Relax Inn Motel

Great road trip stop. Old school motel, single story, so no feet stomping above you. Thick walls so you don't hear too much from your neighbors. Enough parking for the number of units and since there's only one story you are very likely to be able to park very close to your room.

It's not fancy. It's not modern. The mini fridge actually has a separate freezer, and both work.

It was a very solid stay for the price, and I'd stay again if the road timing was right.

Worth it for the shower alone. It was made for short people but I'm short so it was to my liking. Great pressure and it had a functioning shower massage head on it so you could get rid of some road stress in your low back. Clean room with comfortable chairs and an ottoman to fight over if you're traveling with someone else. Whoever painted the bathroom needs to be fired but that's the only unflattering thing I have to say. Great bang for the buck.

The room was quite large , I had my own garage, and everything was clean and looked freshly painted. Big King bed, micro , fridge, coffee. All good. Quiet too. Back in 2 weeks actually.

Their rules are very strict, especially when it comes to curfew & visitors....& I totally appreciate that....as for location, they're literally right in the middle of town, so....😁🙏

Great value for price. Nothing fancy but everything worked and was clean. Bed was comfortable. Late check in was a good feature since we were driving and just had to stop to sleep. Continental breakfast was a nice surprise. I would definitely consider this motel if I'm in the area again.

Staff was very responsive to our needs. They had a continental breakfast for us, which was perfectly adequate. When I am looking for a motel I am not looking for frills. I want safety, WiFi, a small refrigerator is nice—with a freezer portion. This motel had all this. We checked in after midnight and we’re able to fit our frozen food into the little freezer. The room looked and smelled clean. The best part was the great price. I plan to stay here again if needed and recommend it to others.

Excellent Service, Well Kept Maintained Room(s) Continental Breakfast All for Low Rate(s). Our biggest concern was (may remain) that giving much for Low rates means owners/managers are not earning enough to make the work worth their while. Which could mean they turn to greener pastures and we lose the best value around. Ugh!

Room was clean and appropriate for the price point. Shower was great, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Area was quiet. There was some food and coffee available in the morning. We would stay again.

Great room, very clean, microwave, fridge. I slept wonderfully, cool enough night had the bathroom window open all night, didn't need the air conditioning on. Even had breakfast. Something that I haven't seen all vacation.
Highly recommend.

Very clean and nice staff. Checked in at 11p.m without any reservation. The lady at the front desk showed the available room and gave one with a beautiful view. Had all necessary items. It was a nice one night stay. Thanks!!!

What a Wonderful place to Stay! My wife and l had such a nice experience here we just had to come back. Candy the manager could not be more kind, she offers superior customer service! You cannot beat the price! Relax Inn offers GREAT VALUE!!! Come see for yourself!

The owner was very friendly. It is nice staying at the older smaller hotels. The place was very clean. I would stay here again.

Relax in was a pleasant surprise! I am just passing thru on a road trip and arriving late, I called ahead to say I was arriving at 1am and they said that was fine. The owners clearly I had woken them after Midnight, but they were still friendly. The room was clean and looked recently rehabbed which is great for an older place. When checking out, they were still friendly, the owner even let me have plastic bag I asked for to put some things I was packing into.

I stayed twice on each side of my trip to LA. It's not the 'Ritz', and it's not motel six. The rooms I had were clean and sanitary, the bathrooms were in good condition, and there was a working fridge. It is close to all amenities. As far as I am concerned, for what it cost, it can't get much better than "The Relax Inn."

Relaxing at the relax inn ..nice chair with ottoman. Big room we have a rear sliding door also garbage can on wheels out front to easily toss trash into coffee in room nic desk man at front desk was kind and we get a small breakfast here...skirt around base of bed has some stains desk chair has some stains..phone in room.. nightstands on both sides of bed with lamps and outlets on them..older motel looks kind of beatup from road but happy here and we just drove 4500 miles we have seen a lot of motels....I do not see homeless people or drug activity...

Room was great, bed was comfy, and show was awesome. The carports for the rooms was a nice touch too. Just because it's an older motel doesn't mean its bad. Nobody was handing around that shouldn't be there. It was quiet and peaceful.

For a small motel in a small town, they are doing it right. You can tell they are renovating and fixing things up. Yes it's an old place but the room was clean. The people there are doing a good job of cleaning and fixing. Super friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here. This is an older motel, bargain priced, and they have carefully spent money where it matters to me; super comfortable bed, modern bath, fridge, microwave.
Very quiet, and they were soooo nice!
I will stay here again.

Great value! An older place but the staff has put a lot of care into renovating. Suuuper clean! Owners are kind and understanding. Great for travelers along the I-5!
