Came in for a new breaker for the house. We easily found what we needed and had to return a breaker we purchased in error. We did not have our receipt, but the cashier was able to find it for us & was very helpful!

My Winter experience in Yreka got even brighter when I found my first snow brush for my vehicle. The staff at G & G Hardware were very helpful in guiding me through the store. Would recommend.

Great place to pick up your tools and hardware for your home! I have many a "Honey Do" item to find with this being the first stop in that endeavor! I have a couple of "go to" staff members for my projects and received nothing but the best service! Many of the employees have worked here for awhile which really says something about the place.

They are well staffed and actually ask their customers if they need help and they don't just point you in the right direction, they help you find what you are looking for. This store has maintained what others have not. Excellent customer service.

Although they did not have what I was looking for ( industrial mop bucket) they have a very good selection of products packed into a small location. It's actually pretty impressive. They do carry industrial products,household, repair , paint , garden...etc... Clean and well organized.

Your employees at this location go above and beyond. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, however it was Friday 6-24 at 1pm. Excellent service here!! By far the best Ace I have ever been to!

We shop here for our tools, plumbing materials, screws, paint and more. The employees are always around and will do their best to assist anyone who needs help. They are very patient with people who are doing home upgrades themselves and have accepted MANY opened part returns from my family. Usually a pipe or connector that was the wrong size. The store doesn't have everything, and we occasionally have to shop elsewhere for some items, but we ALWAYS check here first.

I've had really good experiences at this establishment I've also had experiences that were less than desirable I think the owner of the store is a really nice person Sometimes some of the workers are not very nice I had a cashier today named Tiffany she was incredibly helpful and very nice I'm giving this place 5 stars based on then having a great selection of products and a barbecue store to boot

G & G hardware in Yreka has exceptional customer service and a wide selection of products for both residential and commercial projects. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly on every visit. They also have a great rewards program that saves me hundreds each year. Can't recommend them enough

Everything thing you need when you only come into town once in a while. From light bulbs to pvc pipe to bbq supplies. They even have a candy section for the kids. ADA compliant parking lot and entrance made it easy on pops and his wheelchair.

These guys are so helpful, I went in to get some sprinkler parts and the salesperson asked if I was doing it myself or hiring someone, I said myself and so he showed me which parts would be easy to use and told me how to remove a pipe I was having problems with. I fixed the leak thanks to G&G Hardware

Came into Ace-Yreka with a bad plan to build a temporary outdoor shower. Walked out with a good plan, and the parts and instructions on building a masterpiece. Thank you to the gentleman who brainstormed with me and made sure I had all the parts needed for the job. Great work Ace! A+
