These guys were awesome. Very professional and great customer service. They had my sons phone entire screen repaired and cleaned up all of the connections and ports within 2 hrs. Vastly better experience than the last company we used. Highly recommend. I will come here for all of my repairs from now on.

Was sent here for a screen repair by phone insurance. All the staff were friendly and honest on wait times. (Plan on 2-4 hours for cracked screen). Would give the staff 10 stars if I could, most painless repair/replace I've had.

I got my screen fixed their and it was a hastle free and easy to do the whole process. The associates were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone I know that needs cell phone repair work done.

Let me say this first. You can trust CPR for your repair. I had cracked my screen in the lower left corner that left shards of small pieces of glass any time I touched it. And had small scraping on the rubber seal area.
So was quite nervous about a repair.
I dropped my phone off and had it back with in a few hours. (Due to the volume of repairs they had this day) I dealt with 3 people and all.of them were professional and kind.
I got my phone back and it looked brand new. You could not even tell there was ever any damage at all. I will use CPR from here on out. It was a positive all the way around. They sell accessories as well at a decent prices too. I will look to them for future needs.

Phil has amazing skills at working with customers! He is clear and concise when he is talking to customers. I observed him working with two people in particular where he showed great patience and concern. Each customer seemed very satisfied with Phil's expertise and professionalism.

I used CPR with my carriers insurance for a broken screen. The process so super easy. I even got an appointment the same day. No issues with the service, everything went as planned and the staff was very straightforward in explaing the process to me. Thanks guys!

I was stressing cause my speakers weren't working on my 12 pro max. I kept getting quoted between $200-$250 to replace the parts in other shops. I came into CPR in Thornton. He told me they most likely just needed a cleaning ($35) but if the cleaning didn’t work, we could apply that payment to the speaker replacement cost. He was so helpful and saved me so much money cause the cleaning fixed the issue! I appreciate when retailers are open and honest. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The manager, Craig was professional, skilled and patient beyond belief. He resolved our late day arrival issues with finesse and meticulous attention to details. We left with a lovely, perfect new phone for me, and improvements to my hubby’s phone. His new tech, Jarick, calmly helped facilitate all this via our initial phone calls. We will return there with all our cell phone needs, despite the nearly 3 hour drive.
