I had the opportunity to tour one of my vendors, Bailey's, last week with one of the owners (by the same name), and discovered that they have many different product lines that I never knew they carried. Very impressive operation! Thanks Sam

Have you ever had an experience when you had to contact customer service and were expecting difficulty and issues? I did. without going into details, I sent a direct and gruff email to Baileys INC about an order I made. I expected them to fight me on the issue but that was no so. They were actually very accommodating and solved my problem immediately. I am impressed and a bit embarrassed by the tone of my first email! This was my first time dealing with them so I guess I learned something. Thanks guys and specifically Katherine Beltran.
