We will be back to try other dishes. I had the stew, very good. The turkey sandwich was nothing special with a caveat: the cranberry relish had onions, and since we are allergic to onions, we had to have them leave the relish off. It probably great for most everyone that can eat onions. Maybe have an alternative available, even just something simple & quick to whip up from a can of cranberry (?) sauce. Anyway, that's kind of on me, its a lovely place and wonderful folks. Impressive conversion of a mid-century Bank, including converting the vault to the Whiskey Tasting Room! Fun.

Woodland’s only true Irish pub with all the standards you would expect to find in a traditional Irish pub. And for vegans you can get any of their sandwiches with a veggie patty instead. It’s fun to go for the fried beans and mushroom appetizer and a couple of pints. There’s darts too. And if you’re having lunch there, the bartenders know how to make a proper shandy so you can still have a productive afternoon. Service is always great too!

My husband and I found this place by happy accident. Amazing food in a beautiful historic building. Best corned beef I have ever eaten and I"m Irish. House made mustard, sausage, and corned beef.

FANTASTIC!

Visiting Cali & absolutely LOVED this place! Atmosphere was wonderful, service was prompt, food tasted really good!

We experienced the “Whiskey Vault” where the owner spent a great deal of time teaching us the ins & outs of drinking whiskey. A+ experience.

I would HIGHLY recommend this location and suggest you leave a rating to help others.

At there twice while I was in the area. Service was great, food was excellent, and their whiskey room was amazing. When you step in to their whiskey room, be willing to learn because it is an experience.

This was my first time dining at Father Paddy's and I'm definitely coming back. I ordered the pretzel bites with cheese sauce, the grilled cheese (one of the best I've ever had), and for dessert the lemon meringue in a jar. Everything was delicious. My favorite was the pretzel bites. There was also live music when I came, which added a lively touch. Service was fast and polite. Can't wait to come back!

Great service and excellent staff. Food was delicious and filling. Their buffalo wings were cooked to the right kind of crispy texture that many other pubs don't get right. Their french fries are amazingly fresh just like In&Out.

I love the large center bar. It's perfect for guests that come in by themselves. It's almost guaranteed you will make friends with some of the nice down to earth people by the end of the night. It is a very welcoming place!

The wife and I went to Father Paddys for a private Party.
Actually a coed baby shower what an impressive place. An Old Bank turned into a Retaurant Bar. If you like Whiskey tasting this is the place to go, and thats any kind of whiskey you can think of they probably have it, and guess what you can taste all of them if you like or just the ones you have heard about and purchase a bottle if you like or just a shot or two. I met Father Paddy himself and his Manager Al Puccio both of them very friendly and approachable. The food was pretty damn good and Als staff very accommodating. I was very impressed with the tasting room which is inside the old Bank vault.

Repurposed from a bank, this Irish pub-style restaurant does not just offer a meal. It offers an experience with live music on Thursdays and an upcoming St. Patrick's Day event. There is covered outdoor seating next to heaters but indoor seating is where you would get front-row seats to the band playing familiar favorites, like Danny Boy. You seat yourself and can choose between tables and sitting at the bar. Staff are friendly and even recognize regulars to Father Paddy's.
We ordered the cajun prime rib bites as an appetizer and, oh boy, was it tender and flavorful. Bathed in olive oil with a delicate mix of vinegar and spices, juicy cuts of beef were complemented with the bite, zestiness of the horseradish cream served on the side. For our main dishes, we enjoyed the fish and chips and the shepherd's pie (with soda bread). Potatoes are transformed into tasty sides here; the fries had a housemade flavor and the mashed potatoes embracing the shepherd's pie were fluffy. Although the meat and vegetable mix in the shepherd's pie came together into what can be truly defined as comfort food, we were surprised that butter was not included on top. Our desert came highly recommended by our waitress: the fireball apple crisp. With the scoop of vanilla ice cream adding creaminess, the sweetness of syrupy apples is buried under the treasure of rolled oats and granola. The combination of crunch and softness worked well.

I'd say the prices are a bit on the high end for the portions and quality of food but, taking into account the overall experience, coming here is more about the environment and people. The main draw of this pub and restaurant is to enjoy a meal while basking in the jolly musical stylings of the live band, shaking a noisemaker together with others, and laughing with friends.

There was outside seating on a pleasant Saturday afternoon. They were busy but were quick to seat us and provide water for our dog. Drinks were good and a decent size. Food good. Had Fried thick baloney sandwich with lettu, pickles and homemade mustard. Alittle salty bu tasted good. Partner had Shepherd's Pie. Portions were large. Had their version of a Lemon Meringue Pie in a mug. Cute presentation and good. Will go back and try other drinks and food. Will take half the food home.

Delicious food. Friendly service. Good drinks. A little over priced, in my opinion, but it was worth it.

I had a wonderful experience! The building is beautiful, it was a bank at one time. Father Paddy's has only been open about two years but it seems to have great management and the owner was actually there today. It is hard to find a well managed bar these days.
The Bacon Mac n Cheese was to die for and they have a huge selection of whiskey and beer.
I would love to go back for a whiskey tasting, which is held inside a vault and it still has the original doors from when it was a bank.

Justin, the chef is the best chef in town. They don't have vegan options on the menu, yet Justin comes up with amazing meals for me every time! We love Father Paddy's!!

The fóod (a patty melt and grilled corned beef and cabbage sandwich) and beer were great, as always. Just wished they still had the corned beef sliders.

Highly recommended. BEST burgers on Main Street. Owner is very attentive which really changes the experience. Outdoor seating is pleasant with outdoor heaters. There's normally a wait for dinner, but you can wait while enjoying a beer.
