We could not have had a better experience buying a car than what we had at GO Hyundai when we bought our new Tucson. Great car, great customer service, great pricing. We were directed by CostCo to the dealership and initially intended to only take a look at the Tucson as it compared to other crossovers. We were impressed with the dealership, the people we encountered, the car, the Hyundai warranty, and the pricing. We did not feel pressured or rushed into a decision. Because we typically keep our cars for 10 plus years we took our time to compare and consider. Kevin Roddy, Internet and Fleet Sales Manager, was most helpful in selecting and explaining the different features of the Tucson. Luke Pelletier, Financial Guru walked us through the purchase and facilitated the license transfer process.The people that brought the car for us to test drive, got our new car ready for us to pick up, chatted with us while we were at the dealership, and called us to confirm our appointment were both professional and friendly. I wish I could recall all their names in order to mention them here. If you want a pleasant experience while shopping for a very reliable car I highly recommend Go Hyundai 104. We have had our new 2013 Tucson for a week, put on 100 miles, driven through rain, snow and melt, and LOVE driving it!

I recently purchase a brand new 2013 Hyundai Accent GS and I absolutely love it! They worked with me to find a price that worked for my lifestyle, and a monthly payment that was reasonable for me. Everyone there was very knowledgeable about the cars and financing them. If you are looking for a new car go to go hyundai 104, they will beat anyone out of the water.

Just purchased a Sonata. Was very impressed with the desire of Jaime Pardo and the dealership to go the extra mile to find the a car with the amenities that we wanted. We arrived an hour before closing. The Sonata had just arrived. He was able to arrange to have our car detailed and close the sale by 10 pm. It is too soon for me to have any contact with the service department.

I recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS. The sales manager and associates were great. The process was well managed and as simple as possible. The employees were friendly and accomodating. The car is in excellent condition and I am very happy with the purchase. As far as car buying experiences go, this is definitely one of my best!

I just bought a car from this dealership yesterday and it was such a delight!! I originally visited the dealership on Saturday with my sister and fiance and while they went to the honda side, I stuck with the mazdas. When I was ready to test drive and look at a vehicle there were no salesmen available. The general manager (Scott) paged someone, but no one responded, so he took care of me himself until someone was available. Griffin was the sales associate who helped me the rest of the way and was awesome. He answered every question, helped in everyway possible and made buying a car an enjoyable experience! The car I wanted wasn't at the dealership, but they made some calls and got me one the next day! I highly recommend this dealership! On a side note, my fiance bought a car at the GO honda right next door and had a similar experience!!

Everything was done quickly. They showed me everything they did and my car was cleaner than when I brought it in. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The new facility is very nice also.

Service was bad they did the normal take your keys and then let me talk with my manager routine. Went in and bugged the manager to get my keys back. Then after we bought a mazda (not from this dealership by the way) we took it here to get warranty work done (the spoiler was loose and rattling at 18000 miles). They refused to cover the work under warranty because it wasn't broken... so next time we'll have to rip it off and break it to get it covered under warranty I guess.

ALSO THE WORST EXPERIENCE !!! I traded in my ford edge for a 2012 hyundai alantra, i was to be cut a check of $4,000, but the check never came. I called them SEVERAL times and no one ever called me back, and no one would take care of the matter and It had been 2 months. I had to demand to speak the the head manager, one guy claimed they sent it to the wrong address one guy said i needed to come sign something that they forgot. No one could get the story straight so i set up a time that i would drive an hour to them to just pick the check up myself and be done with it. Told LUKE i would be there after work and he said yes your check will be here. Show up after work and apparently the check was accidentally locked in someones office. I was so upset and had to return the next day to pick up the check and did. As i picked up the check i stated to LUKE the finance manager that i had not recieved any payment tickets to start my payments and i had a payment coming up in a few days. I had no clue who to write a check to, so LUKE stated "oh dont worry we took care of your august payment due to the trouble we put you through" I was happy that they were fixing the problem. BUT I finally receive the payment information weeks after my due payment to find out that they never payed my august payment and i had a past due bill.. i completely regret using them as my car dealer ship!!!!!! i now am having issues with my brand new car and I dread calling them.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I am SO angry with this place!!! First, when i went in to buy my 2012 HYUNDAI ELANTRA, i told them the ONLY bank i have credit history with and the ONLY bank i want you to run my credit through ... and what did they do, they ran my credit 8 times with 8 different banks!!!! and which ONLY bank accepted me, the ORIGINAL BANK i told them to go too!!!!!! .... I also bought the extended bumper to bumper 100k warranty .... So, one day, when i would put the car into 4th gear the shifter started vibrating back and fourth pretty badly, and every single time i would put in into 4th gear it would vibrate very loudly, if i had anyone else in my car it was always the topic of my car, why would a BRAND NEW 2012 car be doing this, so i made and appointment for them to look at it, waited a couple hours for them to tell me that they never heard anything. So, on my way home from the dealership, what happend, my 4th gear started vibrating again. So, i gave it a couple days to see if it would go away, it never did, so i made ANOTHER appointment for them to look at it ... come to find, they remembered me from before and decided not to put this one in the computer and not put it in the records that i am coming in for the same problem, again. So again, they didnt "hear" anything, so once again i drove my car home and immediately it made the sound again. I was starting to get pretty frustrated at this point. I felt helpless and didnt know what to do. I gave it some time to see if it would go away, and it never did. So i made ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, told them my story, and for them to please help me out idk if my transmission could just go at any time!!! once again, they didnt put me in the computer or on record that i came in!!!!! They just keep blowing me off like i dont know what im talking about! I have tried contacting the service manager about this, Sara, and on the phone with her the first time telling her about my problem, she had a total attitude towards me, was not helpful what so ever, she said she would call me back about the problem i was having .. i waited about a week and a half for her to call me back, and she NEVER called me back. I called back trying to talk to another manager about my problem, they said they would call me back, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK after 2 weeks!! So then i decided i would call Corporate hyundai to see if they would help me ... i made my claim, they said they would have a manager contact me, and then it turns out it was the same service manager as before, Sara, who never called me back.... she calls me and says that i need to have my car into the dealership by 2pm that day so someone could look at it. well, i was at work from 6am to 6pm that day when she called me at about 10am .. theres no way i can have the car in by 2pm with 4 hours notice!!!!! then she says, if i dont have it in it will be ANOTHER MONTH before another specialist can look at my car!!! ... well, i wait another month, PRAYING THAT MY TRANSMISSION DOESNT BLOW!! come to find that she called me back 3 weeks later to let me know that another specialist will be coming in to look at my car in about a week and that ill need a rental car from them so they can really look at my car .... a whole week goes by, i dont hear from her, so i decide to call her back and see whats going on with the rental car, come to find that she did NOTHING to get me a rental, TOLD ME TO CALL THE RENTAL PLACE AND SET UP A RENTAL CAR, USE my 50$ down for that car as well, WTF?????? .... by this point IVE HAD IT WITH THEM AND HER!!!!!!! So i immediately called the dealership to try to reach ANOTHER manager, tell them my story, and maybe something would get resolved.. he literally said he would call me back in 5 minutes AND NEVER CALLED BACK, EVER!!!!! its been another month!!!! I want nothing to do with them, STILL HAVENT FIXED MY CAR!!!!!!! I paid 5000 for the extended warranty FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!! At this point, i want to sell this car, but i cant even do that with this problem!!!!! time to go to the BBB....

I scheduled an appointment and made sure there would be a loaner car. Of course the messed up something this simple. I drove 100miles and now they don't hava any loaner cars. So I have to drive back and then reschedule.
