When my elderly aunt who lives in yreka had over the top needs Jim went above and beyond. He is amazing. Wish I lived in his service area because no one works as hard to meet your needs as Jim.

The agency did an over all fine job insuring me however it was one staff member in particular who was consistently professional and always two steps ahead of me when I needed something. Joelle was especially helpful by sharing information with me that I didn't even think to ask for. This in it's self brought me a great amount of peace of mind when working with this insurance company.
