I found out I could not renew my license because I had an outstanding ticket that we got for registration not being current. I was in the wrong. I thought my wife had taken care of it. 2 years after we were pulled over for this on the way home from a trip to Portland, my wife had no recollection of anything whatsoever. I called the court, and the rude clerk (aren't they always?) said I have 2 options. Pay, or appear. I wasn't about to drive up to the court several hundred miles away, and paying that enormous fine wasn't an option either. I chose the 3rd option--find an attorney on yelp! There were only a couple in the area. I chose William Duncan because he was willing to listen to me for a few minutes without charging me in 15 minute increments, unlike the other attorney. Mr. Duncan assured me that 95% of cases like mine are at least reduced to a minimal fine of like $25, or dismissed altogether, in his experience. It still felt like a gamble, but I decided to take him on his word. His fee was very reasonable for having to prepare for this and make 2 trips to court. I cooperated with everything he asked. Note that we had actually taken care of the registration right away after returning home, so I think that helped. It took a while, and my license expired before the trial, but it turns out William Duncan's word was accurate! My case was dismissed. He saved me over $600. Thank you, William Duncan!

William Duncan, you have won my heart. Great work in having my speeding traffic ticket completely dismissed without me stepping into this far distance court. I will not have any points in my DMV record and hence there will be no insurance rate increase. Needless to say, I did not have to wast money in travelling to and from to this far distance court and pay for hotel stay.

I hired William duncan for my daughters murder trial he is incompetent to say the least he aloud without dispute evadence that was obviously manafactured a video by police labeled reiactment of the crime there was no audio it was a video of a whitness that didnt see the crime at best it could of been called a a dramatization of of polices belief .a witness that was cought lieing several times lieing on stand and never once ask for the witness to be removed for not being credable wit the judge told jury to listen to witness even though she was caught in several lies right then he should of ask for mistrial i could i on but theres no point DONT let this man put your freedom in his hands
