Wild Rivers Market

If I lived in Crescent City, I would shop at Wild Rivers Market. I felt really comfortable being in their space. I love that they carry organic foods, a variety of wines, and even a large supply of sprouting seeds. They even have blue light filtering reading glasses. They carry nuts, seeds, and grains in bulk—which ends up being less expensive. For those who garden, they have a rack with herbs and other plants to add to a garden.

Besides seeing their products, I enjoyed having a nice talk with a person working there. He told me about other places he had lived, and how much he loves living in Crescent City. As I left the market, I noticed a bulletin board of Community Events. If my vegan friend does move to Crescent City, I bet she will shop at Wild Rivers Market.

It was our first visit to Wild Rivers Market during a family trip to Crescent City this weekend. We were heading to Safeway then the wife opted instead for Wild Rivers Market as it is directly across the street. The store was clean well stocked, organized and not busy at all. The overall vibe was pleasant and positive. The market had everything we were looking for. Snacks, fresh fruit and craft beers. They also offer a nice bulk foods section as well as an impressive salad bar. The store definitely made a good first impression. It's a nice little market with everything one could need. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Crescent City.

I am a travel Nurse… always seeking out the best places to eat everywhere I go. This, is the place.

Grocery department is super clean. Workers are beyond friendly. Deli puts out some of the best sandwiches and fresh squeezed juices you’ll find.

Always visit this place, they have great sandwiches and a good selection of my favorite brands.

They have a build your own sandwich and smoothie area, in addition to a salad bar. The salad bar has your typical veggies and things, and pre made burritos and sandwiches. Per employee, these are open 9-4, Monday thru Saturday. The tempeh sandwich was delicious!!

Wild Rivers Market is a small but well stocked and curated grocery store with a robust supplement & sundries section. Produce is always fresh, deli food and coffee are outstanding. Staff are friendly and there's never a checkout line.

Lovely full selection of food and non-food items, fresh organic produce, and wine, etc. Clean, well organized, friendly and attentive staff. Delighted to find this place a couple blocks from my hotel. Was able to get everything I needed for my vacation from the mundane (organic bread, fresh produce and alfalfa sprouts, snacks) to the gourmet (honey elderberry wine, smoked apple Gouda, sunflower sprouts, cinnamon swirl peanut butter for the kids) and almost everything on my list happened to be on sale! Sweet!

Great store that supports local fishermen and farmers.

This charming health food market has everything - including kindness and great customer service. I’m coming from Los Angeles & I’m accustomed to chains like Whole Foods & other larger healthfood stores. Wild Rivers Market is one of a kind, and has it all - more than just the essentials - for total optimal health and wellness

We were on vacation and I was so delighted to find this lovely little health food market. I was able to stock up the fridge and pantry at our Airbnb with good food and family favorites. Who needs Whole Foods?!

I love most of their products, just wish they had paneer too.. As they have a lot of international and organic products♥

Being new to town, I was delighted to find this fabulous healthy grocery market!

Found out about this place from a co-worker that told me about their loose leaf tea selection. They had all different types and variety. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the store was very clean and maintained. Thank you for all your help I appreciate it and the staff is amazing

This place has so much good stuff! The soups and sandwiches at lunch time and the salad bar are phenomenal!

Crescent City has a gem here. They've expanded to include a deli that i visit every time I'm in Del Norte County. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Went for the health food store. Found what i needed and also discovered an unusual offering: glycerite tinctures in a wide range of herbs! Grabbed a bunch. Located in Crescent City, CA, on your left as you head north through town.

I love that I can buy real food here, & it's good quality. The staff is friendly & helpful. It's kind of going back in time, to do grocery shopping in the good old days.

Helpful and friendly staff, wide selection of goods for people looking for the odd healthy items not found at normal grocery stores. They are willing to order items they don't have if they don't have what you're looking for in stock.

I love this store. It's rare in this area to find an eclectic natural store. They have local ceramic, hand made items, kitchen acssories, books, health items, bulk items, and all your natural food items too. Awesome, helpful staff too.
