Absolutely STELLAR Service. Josh was amazing. They were able to order in a special part and come see me on a very short notice. They have a great communication system and are super friendly! And they were very reasonable with the price. Josh was so knowledgeable and helpful. My Subaru had a worn out key that should have worked in the ignition and the door but did not. Went to turn my car on an the key wouldn't turn in the ignition which I thought was odd since it turned on perfectly fine the night before. I called Pop a Lock and Josh D pretty much knew what the issue was before he got there. He showed up about 10 or 15 minutes early which was a +++ since it was cold out. Great experience with a Pop-A-Lock. Brad came out and got me taken care of same day! He was friendly and professional. I bought a truck with a severely damaged ignition cylinder, which in turn broke my key. He replaced the whole ignition cylinder, got me 3 new keys and got my truck running again in no time. Also worth mentioning the price was excellent at about $75 cheaper than the other companies I called and *hundreds* of dollars cheaper than the dealership. These guys will be my go-to for any future lock needs.

Locked my keys in the car and after an hour of trying to get it unlocked myself gave them a call. A neighbor saw me trying to get in a recommended them! Once I gave my information I received a call from Josh less than 5 minutes later telling me he was on his way. He arrived about the time he said it would take with traffic and had my door opened super quick!! Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone if they needed help! Thank you!

I received fantastic,prompt service from this company. I purchased a car that had a faulty ignition switch.John came out promptly and worked on the car on a Saturday afternoon. Josh and John returned on Sunday to finish what had become the job from hell. They fixed the ignition switch and the drivers door lock. I appreciate the work that they did,and the very reasonable amount I was charged for a difficult job. Way above and beyond.

Kyle is the most kind person I’ve met in awhile not to mention he got into my car in less then a minute while in some very hot heat outside. Very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied especially considering how stressed out I was for locking my keys in the car in the first place. Definitely recommend!!!

I highly recommend pop a lock, especially josh!! I had a hard time for the longest trying to get a key fob for my car, after going through amazon where they had wrongful information, Josh worked on my car for an hour to finally realize that we had ordered the wrong key fob due to amazon mistake. He then showed us on which was the proper one and came back a couple of days later and programmed it!! He is phenomenal! He really knows what he is doing, he makes sure everything is done right, as he was doing everything he ended up teaching me something about my own car. Great attitude and actually made my day better!! Thank you pop a lock and a special thanks to you Josh!!

Called after Locking myself out of the truck. After getting off the phone with dispatch I received a Call from Josh 2 minutes later. He gave me an estimated time of arrival. Once on site (earlier then expected!) he greeted me professionally before unlocking my truck. Hands down my go to company when these things happen. Fast, professional service highly recommended.

Josh D came to my rescue when the key to my old food truck broke in the ignition! He tried to replicate the broken key and when he couldn’t, replaced the entire ignition to make sure I could drive away without calling a tow truck! He was so positive and helpful and never gave up on finding a solution. It was also so affordable! I hope I won’t have to call for service again but if I did I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

I was stranded in 90° heat in a target parking lot with a mechanically seized ignition. We had been struggling with a key that wouldn't turn for almost 30min, ended up calling for a tow that would take an hour - we happen to look over and two pop-a-lock drivers were in the lot and came to our rescue when we simply asked for help!! They were so very kind and helpful. I cannot thank Josh enough for helping to get my ignition REPLACED and get my Jeep on the road again. Thank you so very much! Wonderful work by John Rose, the technician who has programmed my key fob to the car. I appreciate him being early than the time i was assigned, and completed all of the work sooner in 15minutes as i said i had a meeting. I love their service and recommend them as the best.

Using Pop-A-Lock was a easy, and positive experience all the way. Josh's Arrival was ahead of time and he made my motorcycle key from scratch very quick... Well turned out ttheblank Josh had at the moment was the perfectly cut, just not the right size. At the moment it was unfortunate news but Josh made everything right by coming through the next week with the right blank and cut it in less than 5 mins. They key worked perfect and not only that but he came and fixed the issue for free. Dude is a very stand up and honest person. It's good to know I got a trusting company to go to if anything similar happens again. Big shoutout to Josh.

They saved me this morning! I had my car on warming while cleaning off the snow and locked the keys inside 🤦‍♀!! They came within 30 minutes! It wasn't over priced like other places and the tech that came out to help me was super nice and helpfull not to mention quick! Josh and his apprentice were so incredibly helpful and quick getting my car unlocked in Littleton. They got here within half an hour, popped the lock in less than ten minutes, offered an incredibly affordable price over the phone before the service, and made sure to confirm my identity. Thank you guys, you're life savers!

These guys have bailed me out twice, both times lost my keys, we had a van, called around and two companies came out one left me with a two hundred dollar bill and told me they would come back, second made me a key to my sliding door and ignition only, given it was a two key system it was a pain in the neck, anyway lost those keys on a job and called Pop a lock they had a key for all doors and ignition within a half hour, second time we lost keys to our Toyota decided to call them again and Josh was at our place within a half hour and had us two keys made within an hour, it was hassle free, couldn’t be happier with a company thanks Josh! Now if we could just stop losing keys

This review is late coming, but the impression Kyle made on me is long-lasting. He was very genuine, friendly, extremely competent, and even helped me find resources that could help me before I would need to pay for his services! When I get locked out or need other lock-related services, there is NO ONE ELSE I will call. Period. Most of the other services I called to get quotes were offensively expensive, not personable or professional, and required payment reguardless of if they fixed the issue or not. Kyle, thanks for making me believe that there are in decent, capable repairmen in the world again.

I recommend everyone and anyone to use them for your needs in this industry. They have what most companies don't have anymore and that's ❤❤❤❤ they have heart. I have had a really rough couple of years and I was on the phone with Adam and he gave me a price that I was able to afford I dealt with 6 other companies and they wouldn't budge for nothing you know when I worked at a Quiznos back in the day I gave a homeless person food every day twice a day cause I have heart and when I see a company show heart cause they care about helping people not just the money that's everything to me I will only use this company for my lockout or locksmith needs thanks so much Adam you were a blessing..
