I recently traded in my 2012 RAM 1500 Big Horn towards a brand new 2022 RAM 1500 Rebel-Night Edition. This whole dealership and staff Especially "Andrew potma" who was my salesman have been GREAT!!
I am also having additional work done to the truck and they have been very communicative about appointments, any concerns I might have and just want to make sure I was happy and satisfied.(Above and beyond !!)
Overall these guys, the Dealership and all the staff are AMAZING!!!!!

Being a female and shopping for a truck on your own can be intimidating. I actually went to a few lots before I decided to work with Joshua Denmark. The experiences I was having on other lots were your stereotypical pushy car salesman. I was being told what I want and did not want. Listening to their pitches while no one was listening to me. I could not get off the lots fast enough! Right away with Joshua I knew I wanted to work with him. He is patient, pleasant, has great listening skills and knowledgeable. At other lots I questioned at times how much they actually knew their vehicles. Joshua helped comb through my build making sure I got the truck I was looking for. I would highly recommend this truck center. It was a peaceful smooth transaction and got my beautiful Black night edition Rebel. She is gorgeous inside and out! Thank you Joshua!

Five star dealership, who kept the buying process simple. Huge kudos to William T, our sales rep. We had a series of unfortunate events happen, he stayed with us and worked a good deal. We met the General Manager, Andrew after the sale, he seemed down to earth. I had a lot of apprehension about buying from a dealer. L.H.M certainly reduced that. We were driving through the Denver area moving across country and had an issue with our actuator. These guys were so great to help us out immediately and send us on our way. The mechanics are honest good guys. We’re very appreciative for their help and would suggest anyone to use their business.

All but one element was exemplary. Employee I dealt with communicated well and did everything he could to get my truck fixed in a timely manner and make sure I paid the fair amount. At first, there was an issue with a part not being covered. I was going to be charged. After I found the part to be covered, the employee was able to remove the charge and simply return my check. No hassle. The repair was done correctly and I have yet to have reoccurring issues. Thanks Larry Miller. The employee even clean the snow off of my truck. Great service. The one bad element was the older gentleman working as well that seemed to make everyone feel uncomfortable around him. Never smiled and seemed to start correspondence with an assumption that the customer was going to bug him until the customer proved otherwise. No reason to lie. I’m from fresno. Just wanted to point out what I dealt with. Thanks!

We brought our 2014 Grand Cherokee in for its annual wellness check and Robbie the service writer was very professional and addressed our concerns in the most professional way. Our car was worked on by Les Nelson (who we've had work on it before) and as always, he delivered the Jeep back to us in a timely fashion (earlier than promised) and I/we absolutely trust him to do his best and not to cut corners as some other mechanics do. We can't say enough about how lucky we are to have found Les and Robbie! Thank you guys for a great experience!!

I own a 2019 ram 1500 big horn edition very satisfied with this platform, until my A/C went out mid July! Let me tell you it’s not fun especially with this summer heat! Fortunately I drove to my nearest Ram dealership and was able to get it covered under warranty! I appreciate the level of expertise, knowledge and customer service that Gary provided from start to finish!

Absolutely recommend for mechanical services. GJ is great and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to trucks. He isn’t out to screw anyone over or get you to buy parts you don’t need, unlike other places. He is straight forward, honest and professional. He always finds time to help you, even if he is super busy. With everything that has been wrong with my truck, he has always been fast in diagnosing it and reliable when it came time to repairing it. If you take your vehicle here you will not regret it. Highly recommended! Fair prices, honest and fast services.

What a pleasant experience I’ve had. Working with Jeannae was unbelievable. She answered all of my questions and helped out in so many ways. She wasn’t intimidating like most dealership people are. She’s very nice and knowledgeable. I will never go to another Sales person again. The world needs more people like Jeannae.

Couldn't have asked for a better truck shopping experience! Went in, was greeted immediately and shown a plethora of options. I was introduced to Gj Jakober by a mutual friend who highly recommended him for some tuning I was looking to do on my 2016 Ram 3500. It isn’t hard to understand why both my friend and many reviewers here make the same recommendation. Absolutely top notch service all the way around. Not only did my truck get the tuning done but he also handled an open recall item and another service item that needed completion. All performed in half the time I would have expected for just one issue to require and handled professionally with a high quality outcome. There is no place and nobody that will be trusted with my truck or any other vehicle I need serviced from this point forward. One hundred percent recommended. Best there is hands down.

OK so dealer reviews can definitely vary but I had quite the extensive service done on my ram promaster 2500 with transmission replacement, catalytic convertor replaced, etc. and had a really good experience with Gary. Communication was great and timing was shorter than I expected. High five

I bought a new Truck from McKay Baum there after shopping around at a few other places. After going around to check my options, McKay was hands down the best experience I had. He knew what he was talking about, was fast and courteous and was able to accommodate my at my convenience. He made the buying experience quick and easy. He even found me the same truck with more options at a lower price. I highly recommend McKay. I hope he sells Fleet because he's earned all my business going forward.

Was looking to for a new custom Ram and every dealership I went to lied their teeth off about the rebates, discount, etc other than this Larry H Miller dealership. Was helped by Andrew and Brain who were very honest, straightforward guys. The process for ordering was very fast and it took no time at all for the truck to come in. Everything with the vehicle was perfect and they hooked it up with a full tank. I would really recommend coming here if your looking for a Ram pickup and make sure to ask for Andrew or Brain!

Amazing service in the services department! They sure know how to take care of the customers. Courtney is a professional guy to help me make a better choice, he knew what I wanted and compared it with a reasonable price. Even the windshield is broken in an accident when I drove the new car on the second day, he helped us exchanged a new one. The new Cherokee is wonderful! I enjoyed the purchase very much!
