La Belle French Bakery

We just discovered this bakery and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and tasty treats. We walked in close to closing and the woman behind the counter was so nice and spent time showing us around and explaining the history and all the goodies in the shop. We got chocolate croissants, coffee, and these beautiful heart shaped cheesecakes w chocolate ganache inside! So good!

I won a croissant 🥐 giveaway from Tik Tok for this bakery. I did not know what to expect but they gave me two crème brûlée croissants and they were the best croissants I’ve ever had in my entire life.

The logos of the name of the bakery were made out of chocolate and were placed on top of the croissants. The attention to detail and flavor were outstanding. I will definitely be back.

Small eclectic place with two small tables and 4 chairs. It's clean and spacious for take out orders. Most items are showcased and labeled with price. Service was quick and courteous.
Everything we ordered, which was quite a few things, was delicious. The croissant and the quiche were most delicious. The mango dessert was also very good!
Also, coffee was very good.
Will get more bread items next time.

You don't come across places like this very often, how lucky we are to have this bakery here in Thornton! Unique menu, great, friendly service & you can tell everything is made with care & with fresh, high quality ingredients. Every single goodie I have had from here has been absolutely devine, and can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

We found this somewhat hidden, small French bakery a while back based on their positive reviews and we've gone back a few times since. It is worth the drive for us as the pastries are beautiful and delicious, and the lattes are equally just as good! The lady who took our order and warmed up our pastries was very friendly and had a lot of information on all of their offerings. She was patient with our questions and other questions from other patrons. The baked goodies and lattes here tend to lean a tad sweeter than we're used to, so just be ready for that. Seating area is small because, as we were told, they focus more on their take out/take home business. That wasn't a problem for us. We had an overall excellent experience here.

The Quiche Lorraine, Cinnamon Roll (with croissant dough), and all of their other goodies are super delicious and decadent! The staff is very kind and helpful too! This place is truly a little taste of France! 100% recommend to everyone!

Hidden behind an industrial building located off of Pennsylvania Ave in Thornton is this true hidden gem. For orders over $25, La Belle will even deliver their delectable pastries, cookies, eclairs, croissants, and more!

This scrumptious French patisserie imports their chocolate from France, and it is definitely noticeable. Each bite is so rich and decadent that It’s now difficult to enjoy dessert anywhere else. La Belle have truly set the bar that high.

My favorite are the 3 small chocolate chip cookies. I really enjoy one with my coffee. The desserts in the glass case are all absolutely phenomenal but extremely rich. I can’t have one every time I visit, but I do enjoy them whenever I can.

Since my first step in through those doors and smelling the delightful aroma, I new i’d be a forever customer. Thanks La Belle!

This place is so good! You could smell the deliciousness from the first step in the door! The cookies were warm and gooey, the croissants were flakey and fresh but the strawberry croissant with jelly filling was our favorite! The customer service was also top notch! What a treat to have this special place so close to home! We will definitely be back!

It's a good thing that I'm a chronic "map-checker" when I'm in an unfamiliar area, or I would never have known about this place. Major hidden gem vibes as the store is located in the back of an unassuming business park, but this is a bakery that clearly takes a high degree of pride in their product and cares about the craft.

Had an assortment of croissants, pan suisse, and king cake...all excellent. Great coffee too. Will definitely be back!

Walked in to buy a croissant. Ended up buying $30 of the best tasting I have ever had. La Belle sells their pastries to coffee shops all over town so I see them everywhere. The strawberry and almond croissants are to die for! It's hard to say no to these delicious treats

La Belle is easily my newest French cafe obsession. Not only are their freshly baked goods to die for, but the lattes are delicious and smooth! They even have a selection of gluten free options which were so very tasty!

Absolutely heavenly! Finally, we have a REAL French bakery, run by a REAL top notch French chef! Not only the baked goods were OUT OF THIS WORLD, but also the chef/owner (which we had the pleasure of meeting) was an absolute delight, and a class act. It was very obvious that he really loved and enjoyed his creations, and cared so much about delivering perfection...
We made a very long journey (from CastleRock/Greenwood Village) to get there, and it was definitely worth the long trip. We will be making that trip again and again, as we are now hooked on the stuff!!😄🤤🤤🤤

My wife is from Louisiana, I ordered a King Cake from here as a surprise and quickly learned that it wasn’t a New Orleans style cake but rather a traditional French King Cake.

But that did not matter.

The cake was amazing. The crust was flakey golden brown, the almond crème filling was superb. Highly recommend.

Was searching for a French bakery and this place had great reviews, was spectical as the reviews were great but limited but thought of giving it a try and glad I made this decision. The gentleman at the billing counter was very accommodating. Being vegetarian, I asked a lot of questions for pastries not having gelatin and he checked with his chefs and helped me with all the questions. I purchased almost all pastries which didn't had gelatin and was not disappointed by a single one of them. Also ordered the almond croissant and financiers from the non pastry counter and was not disappointed. The only problem was Google maps. Maps didn't take me to this location and the gentleman at the counter did mention that they have tried to report is multiple times without luck. Also got to know that they are opening a retail place in DTC soon. I am sure I'll be a regular at that location after the experience I had. Eagerly waiting for DTC space to open.

We always go here for their Mousse Cakes on special occasions. Authentic and delicious! They also have great croissants, the Creme Brulee croissants are to die for.

I waited to eat my pastries before I wrote this review and I'm super happy that I did. Being a first time customer we didn't know what we wanted but they make it easy and convenient for you to choose. The two young ladies in there were friendly and helpful. But let me tell you those pastries were absolutely delightful and delicious like nothing I've ever had before in a French pastry. I definitely recommend for any reason. Will definitely be returning.

Exquisite delicious! Highest quality ingredients and the masterful touch of patisserie chef makes this place a no-brainer for a delicious treat for all ages. But just heads up you won't be able to enjoy it right away. Everything is frozen right after it's being made so you will need to give it some time to thaw out before serving.

Absolutely amazing. This place is strangely tucked away, and totally worth finding. If you're looking for a croissant as a croissant is meant to be--and you aren't traveling to France--this is the place.

My favorite discovery during this "Stay At Home" time! I feel in love with pan au chocolat while in Paris and have been looking for the same quality here, and I finally found them at La Belle! You will not be dissapointed!! The croissants, cinnamon rolls and pan au chocolat are our favorites. We are excited to try the new desserts that have been added to the menu. And the staff is amazing! Always friendly, helpful and appreciative of my business! I am also excited for the online classes Chef Julien is offering. Fanatastic bakery!
