Couldn't be happier with our experience. The company is under new ownership - so ignore the lower rating. They are working super hard to rebuild the business & I give mad respect to their efforts. I made my apt online which was easy, convenient and user friendly. The day before the apt, I got a text, email & curiosity call to confirm the appointment. Day of appointment, we arrived about 15 minutes early and they were able to get us chicked in and started. The gentleman who helped us was nice, professional and helpful to answer our questions. They took payment upon arrival, and we tipped after. What blew us away was they went above and beyond. We paid for an interior detail, and they made the car smell, look and feel like it is brand new again! In addition, I told them we weren't going to do the outside this time since we are expecting snow and they did it anyways for no extra cost as well as threw in a certification with no expiration date to come back and get the outside washed. It was well worth our time and money. The quality is what we paid for and they delivered. We'll definitely be bringing our other vehicles back for a detail soon.

Went today for a car wash. What an experience! They hand dry your car and then you pull up to the “finish line” for interior detailing and vacuuming. Wiped my windows inside and out, wiped down dash, rinsed my gross floor mats and vacuumed. Will definitely be going to this car wash only from now on!

I got one of the cheaper packages and was very impressed by the quality of the detail! My car was a mess from work but everything inside and out was thoroughly cleaned. I will be returning and reccomending it to my friends!

Need to get a little more help there a little slow on the windows and vacuum inside otherwise it's okay

make sure the drying guy is working… past few months no drying guy and it’s a total waste of $$ going through with no dry guy. My car is very streaky and had soap dripping off.

Frequent customer here and it’s usually pretty good bang for the buck to take your car for a regular wash or even a basic detail package. However, when I took my minivan in for their top detail package ($475), the results were maddening… For that price point I was expecting a very extensive cleaning both inside and outside. What I got was a good engine clean under the hood, and “okay” cleaning inside the vehicle, and a really bad job outside. When they called me to pick it up, I found my front bumper still covered with dead insects. It was clear they quickly wiped down the windshield, but it was definitely not clean. Inside the door jams were never touched with a rag. The wax job looks like it was some cheap liquid wax that didn’t really fill in any of the light superficial scratches.

I’m never the picky/fussy customer, but I did very politely ask them if they could clean some of those missed spots especially the bumper, and they were definitely responsive while I was standing there waiting. All that being said, if you’re looking for a full end to end detail job, this is NOT the place to take it because you will pay well over $500 (after even a minimum tip), and basically get the same detail job you would have gotten had you spent $150 or less.

I’ve gotta agree with the recent dis satisfied customers. I got a $150 gift card. Under the advisement of the gentleman that sold the gift card to the family member who gave me the gift. This would cover a 2 hour interior detail. And exterior wash. I made an appointment for 11am. I arrived early, spoke to the gal at the counter she came to my vehicle explained everything that was included in my detail and told me it would be about 2 and a half hours as they were finishing a detail in front of me. They would call/text when my vehicle was ready around 130. At 230 I called and was informed it would be another hour for my vehicle as there was a problem with the tunnel and they were just starting on my vehicle. I had questions about the 2 hour detail I was quoted and didn’t want a rush job to call me when my vehicle was done. I get an immediate call back that my truck would now be done in 15 minutes and that he had in fact been working on my vehicle all day. Upon anrrival and my vehicle was not done and the detailers were counting cash in the corner. This was 330 should have been done at 130 per my appointment. I had to point out dirt and greese all over the outside, and inside. Still dirt all over my front and rear bumpers dirt and mud all over inside and out of my glass mirrors hardly touched. Wheel wells still dirty like they never even got sprayed.Not a manager in sight. Everything I pointed out he kept saying it’s just a work truck. Another employee pointed out the dirty bumpers “just a work truck” with frustrations mounting and no manager in sight. The detailer asked me to leave a review. I left. Called multiple times the next morning with no answer. So I showed up spoke with the same gal at the counter pointed out everything that wasn’t done. No explanation when I brought up the work truck comments. She had the crew get straight to re doing what should have been done at my appointment. Again glass windshield was left dirty and I had to ask to have the windshield re done. I’ve had family go here for years and was gifted this experience. The detailer knew I wasn’t happy and still asked for a review so here it is. 5 1/2 hours for a scheduled appointment on a “2 hour detail” that I had to go twice to get what they told me would be done. 🤷‍♂
