Motel 6 Thornton, CO - Denver

Right off the highway and close to the heart of Denver. Rooms are pretty basic but clean, great value for the price, and a hot shower with great water pressure. Not the best area, but rooms were quiet and we didn’t have any problems, just some rough looking characters. Corey was so kind and helpful at check in, recommending great places to eat and fun things to do while in Denver for us adults and our child. Next morning she was also our housekeeper, and happily grabbed us fresh towels for the day. Will definitely be back on our way out of town.

Everything here was great, quiet for being close to the city. Room was cozy and warm, hot water, microwave and fridge was added since my room type was unavailable. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Diana was amazing in the morning and very nice to be greeted with a big smile! I will be back when I’m in Denver! 😁

The guy that works over night is an absolute angel. Every encounter with him is nothing but pleasant and accommodating. He is a gem and deserves the highest of praises. The day crew depending on who for the most part keep it professional and maintain decent customer service skills. I’ve stayed at this Motel 6 several times over the past year and had an overall positive experience everytime. With the exception of an incident here and there, regardless I prefer this motel 6 above all similar affordable accommodations in the metro area.

To touch on their checkout process:
Their need to ensure guest are woken to the sound of housekeeping carts banging loudly off of nearby hallways and room doors, beginning at 8:30-9am when check out isn’t until 11am. Deliberately making as much noise as possible is my biggest grievance.
I have noticed a notable improvements in the past month as far as cleanliness and the added refrigerator & microwave goes. Housekeeping standards had been lacking prior to my last stay just days ago. You can see they are actively working on implementing & maintaining standards that strive to ensure their guests are comfortable and feel welcomed.

Overall I recommend Thornton motel 6, the location is decent, pricing is affordable. You aren’t sacrificing safety or sanitation/cleanliness for cheap rates which is the biggest positive in my opinion.

This was an emergency stop because we were too tired to drive. It is smoking or non-smoking which is wild in 2024. It was nice and quiet and the T.V. was nice and new. We slept great had a nice hot shower and hit the road. If you want to go to Denver but don't want to pay Denver prices this is a great hotel for a quick sleep-and-go.

I stay every so often here and every time I need to get in early they make it happen! Andrea is awesome! Super helpful very nice really sweet! She's my favorite person at the front desk thank you Andrea!

All of the staff members are really helpful and super nice. Never had an issue with room or with the staff. Mrs. Diana was really helpful and understanding. She does a great job managing the complex.

A wonderful staff that doesn’t mind giving you fresh towels. One of the better motel 6’s. Way better than the one off Kipling. Enjoyed my peaceful stay here.

Been going through a tough time and have to stay here for a little while but every time we needed something got locked out of our room or anything. The staff was very understanding and nice. They good pricing pet friendly

The staff at the front desk (Simon) was very friendly and helpful. I had issues with payment and was very accommodating to my situation. The room was clean and comfortable and I was very satisfied with my stay. I'd recommend this place to other people, and I would stay here again in the future.

Customer service was fantastic! Tatiana has by far demonstrated exemplory service and is extremely personable. I appreciate this location entirely!

Check in was painless, and they had room to accommodate my truck and trailer. Room was clean and location was quiet. Great deal for the price, would absolutely stay here again in the future.

All the times I have stayed here the rooms are always clean and tidy. The staff,Tanya Ewing,Diana,and everyone are always courteous and friendly,making you feel right at home.Sometimes I work late and they stil let me check when everyone would turn me away.When they say we'll leave the light on for you,they mean it

no problems with checking in or with the room, everything was clean and ready for us. made our 2 night stay feel very welcomed. best motel 6 i’ve stayed at 👍

For the price the room was fine. It was clean, I did not see any bugs. If you are looking for an inexpensive room this is a good option. There is a new 7 eleven within walking distance & I believe a dispensary right down the street. We were on vacation & not intending to spend much time in the room so it was perfect to just sleep & shower without having to pay for extras that we don't even use like fitness centers, indoor pools or continental breakfasts. The wifi worked fine for me on my laptop. If anything the bed was a bit rough on me but was clean. It also seemed easy enough to navigate from the motel to any destination we were headed to. The people at the front desk were available when I needed things like toilet paper or the wifi password. I think this motel was a great economical option.

Best hidden gem that only the locals know about.... The best hot shower in town ... Frenliest staff in site.. ask for destiny and she will take care of you....tell het Angelina sent you

The staff is always friendly and very polite, I especially like when Jordan and Bonnie are at the front office they are always trying there best to make it as comfortable as possible.

9/26/2023 11:00pm My handicap mother and I had ubered to the wrong motel 6, my phone died and I was unable to order a new Uber to the correct location. Tony the from the front desk was so helpful he ordered us a Uber from this location to the other and we made it safely. He was a saving grace as I was unsure at the point what I was going to do. I didn't have a charger and were not from Denver. I wasn't able to see the rooms but if this one reflects anything like the other location they are very clean rooms. Worth the money.

The staff is fantastic, the area is convenient and great for an inexpensive getaway weekend. The room was clean and smelled nice, and I love that they have a few smoking rooms available. Way better since two years ago, they have improved 1000%. Kudos to current staff for getting things cleaned up and under control 👌👏🏻.
